A good experience. The customer service was excellent and give me a precious needed help, I recommend !

Absolutely excellent customer care
Absolutely excellent customer care. Had an issue with an order that seemed lost and they sent me a new one for free, which arrived very fast. Also, the first order eventually arrived. Love the products (tried both the 10% and the 15% oils).

Not the strongest at 15%
I got the 15% concentration due to my high stress and back pain thinking i would start with 5 drops and as I increased the dosages up to 15 drops, there was only a faint difference in how i felt. It is not very cost-effective as it is quite expensive at 75 euros for 10 ml.
Unless i am not using properly, i am open to feedback. Is there another product I could use? I would also recommend maybe doing a 20% concentration?

You can of course try to increase the dose or the frequency of intake.We currently do not offer any products with a higher CBD concentration than 15%.
