Absolute scam - paid the deposit, they arrived, went back to the van and left. They are now ignoring my messages and I can't get hold of them. We need less people like this in the world, maybe hangingthingsup need to hang their boots up.
A scam and very unprofessional. Paid deposit to confirm booking. First booking was a no show - claimed to have booked the wrong day so rearranged for the date they had in the diary. On the day had to reschedule from 10am to 12pm. Workers arrived at 1pm with no message to say they were running late. Came in to assess work and said they were going to the van to get the suitable tools and will be straight back. Never returned and left - contacted to company who weren’t apologetic at all. Requested my deposit back to which they ignored and said would be back the following day which didn’t suit so communicated this and asked for my deposit back again and have read and completely ignored my multiply requests and phone calls. Very unprofessional and scams people of their money.
Paid £45 deposit when arranged booking over a week in advance. First booking was a no show, rebooked for 2 days later. This date cancelled on the day. Rebooked for next day. WhatsApp arrived to cancel 30 minutes before due to arrive. Asked for refund of booking fee. Very disappointed. This was in Northumberland.
