No customer service at all!
Chocolate itself is lovely but I would strongly suggest you buy it in a supermarket or similar instead of using the website. My large order had items substituted without my knowledge and it was only when the parcel arrived that I noticed the change - even the packing slip inside the parcel said it included the items ordered and not what was actually delivered. Fired off an email immediately after unpacking and finding the error as well as taking photos of everything. Sadly no response whatsoever from the company, so there is obviously no customer service attached to the buy direct website. They ship quickly but you won’t know if your order is what you will receive until it lands and if it is wrong then there’s no alternative way of contacting them other than the email they don’t respond to. Email sent 09/02/24 now 16/02/24.
