Happy Poppy 

My two ball and tail chase toys as advertised for large dogs (as seen demonstrated in a video) were in fact cat toys poss ok for a chihuahua size dog. Initially no contact from the Company so I read the Reviews (should have done that first I know!). Thought that's it I've been scammed ordered on 3rd December received on 15th. After no response no idea of delivery, nothing, I then started to get updates very friendly and as stated finally received. Perfectly good presents for Cats the items were £8 each so in fact I've ended up with 2 toys that I will give away am quit ed happy with final result. However lesson learned read Reviews first!

Item not delivered from CHINA I may add not uk as stated. I have numerous emails from the parcel delivery company that it has NOT been delivered and yet still waiting for refund.

as a younger person on the internet i thought i would’ve spotted scam sites a mile off… this one beat me. it came to mum asking where the order is 3 weeks later and their tracking saying the reference ‘doesn’t exist’. amex are brilliant and are charging back but if i could give anyone some advice ALWAYS look at reviews before ordering anything off a unknown site

This company say they are in the UK, but they are actually based in China, which is why deliveries take weeks. They do not reply to emails, thereis no telephone number (they're in China) and the flea collar I bought for my dog was supposed to be all natural ingredients, but only 5% of them are listed on the tin (Artemesia), so I have to assume that the other 95% are toxic chemicals. They are happy enough to take your money, but can't be arsed to reply when you need help. Absolutely disgusted with them.

If zero stars were possible, I would be selecting that. Avoid this "company" at all costs, the delivery takes a literal eternity only to realise that the items you ordered are Temu-level quality (aka absolute crap) and everything smells like it has been covered in about 4 different chemicals, it's disgusting and unusable, these cat toys are 100% not safe for your pet.

If you do shop here and contact the support team via email for a refund due to the shockingly poor quality of the items you will be offered a 20% refund at best, or they will ask you to pay to ship it back to them which is evidently not going to be cheap.

Bottom line is if you're dealing with this company you're going to lose money, not get your products, or get literal trash delivered to your doorstep, avoid them at all costs.

Terrible service took weeks to arrive when it did half of the order was missing and had no reply from my email asking about where the rest is would avoid like the plague

This must be the worst website I’ve ever known. It’s not clear at first that they are not UK based. Delivery is over 2 weeks now and still not here so I’ll be contacting my bank for a refund. Company (if you can call it that) ignore all emails and say they have a live chat function which they absolutely do not. Nothing but a scam and I’m more annoyed at myself for ordering in the first place. Disgusting website, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!

Dreadful, dreadful company selling poor quality products at inflated prices.

Like other reviewers I was sent automated emails apologising for the delay in receiving my order, thanking me for my patience, and not to worry because my order was in transit. I had no idea the goods were being imported. I foolishly believed I was dealing with a UK company and only discovered the reality when I tracked my order.

The goods arrived after a two week wait ... £40 worth of toys for my two cats .... and I threw them straight in the bin. They were so badly made, much too small for purpose, and made from such poor quality materials they'd most likely have crumbled and disintegrated as soon as they were batted by my cats. I was also concerned that the materials used in the manufacture might be toxic to them.

Please heed the warnings, and please buy your pet products from somewhere else.

DO NOT... .I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! if I could offer no stars I would. As per other reviews I ordered a cat toy and 8 weeks later hasn't shown up. You only get automated reply and no-one to speak to.
Scammers.!! Lesson learned.

Ordered on 20th november but changed my mind and tryed to cancel it the next day as i felt it wasnt suitable for my border collie supposed to be able to cancel upto 7days from ordering NOcontact from the seller untill after that by then it was to late just arrived 2nd December far to late and no return slip ? It cost over £22 with the postage Didnt know it was coming from hong kong 🤪wouldnt of botherd buying Cheap imports
Well what a laugh when i opend it and said Large its Tiny would fit a small cat Not A boarder Collie
Would Not Recomend this company they are a big rip off and should be stoped selling this rubbish to trading standards should be told about them
I have spent this money but feel ripped off should of gone on amozon instead

people wonder why Amazon grows and grows leaving other businesses struggling.

The reason is that companies like Happy Poppy have zero service. it is now over 2 weeks ago since placing an order and still no sign of a delivery.

my advice: Don’t use this company unless you have too much money and time to waste.

I was taken in by other Facebook Instagram hype of this company selling decent toys for animals. They are a complete load of rubbish. Seriously throw your money away in the bin rather than give it to these absolute thieves.

Ordered some cat toys 2 weeks ago, still "in transit", at checkout they trick you into picking a "free gift" and then they go ahead and charge you for it. Dont order from there

I ordered an apple green dog coat but received an olive green coat . Looked nothing like the picture and took weeks to come. Order No. #HP144146. Contact emails all bounced back and no way of sending it back . No invoice in bag it came in . Do not shop here. I would give less than 1 star if I could.

I placed my order on 31st Oct, it's now 20th Nov and I have yet to receive my order. I have contacted the company and I just get automated responses, I keep checking the tracking number which according to the website it's still in transit, however after using another website to check where my order is, it's showing as the shipment has been abandoned because it was overweight/oversized. I paid through PayPal (thankfully) so I have requested a refund through them.

I am very disappointed as I hoped the 3 new toys I bought for my cat would be here soon so he'd have something new to play with but sadly I learnt too late this is a drop shipping company which is very unreliable.

I ordered a X/L winter dog jacket what arrived wouldn't fit a cat they refuse to refund or exchange even though I've emailed them photos of the jacket next to my dog showing it barely fits her shoulders, once they have your money their finished with you.

Although they responded to my emails (I had ordered two by mistake and wanted to return one item) I was asked to return the item to China address which would have cost more than the item itself.

Despite the .uk domain, this is a drop-shipping outfit with deliveries coming from (I assume) the far east.

I've been waiting over a fortnight for my order to arrive, still with no delivery date in sight.
