I waited weeks for the item (Large snugbug) bed to arrived for my cat. I did not realize it comes from China. It's listed as a medium sized dog bed at 50cm, but yet it's barely 30cm and my cat cannot even get inside. The website states a 30 day money back guarantee. I have filed a complaint and sent pictures and now they are saying they measure differently, apparently their measurement is not the dimension of the product but rather that of the semi-circle curve around the base of the bed. It's ridiculous, I just get excuses. I have now opened a complaint with PayPal under PayPal protection instead. I would advise against ordering from here. I wish I had seen all of these negative reviews before I ordered. Clearly they only add good or false reviews to their own website. False advertising to deceive the end user. Avoid.

Please note I also posted a negative review on their website which they have removed!!! Once again deceiving purchasers, they remove and hide reviews.

I ordered a cat scratching frame. It took weeks to arrive and I kept getting emails reassuring me that it would arrive soon. It didn’t, - and eventual it arrived just after Christmas.
What a disappointment. It was just a couple of cardboard slabs, with a thin plywood frame, and plastic fittings. My cat is just an average- sized adult cat, - who would have demolished it in an hour!
It was both inadequate and VERY poor value for money.
And now, I am supposed to pay to return it to Hongkong, when I have already paid shipping. This is absolutely irresponsible, unacceptable and GROSS.

I ordered a waterproof coat with attached harness for my dog on 4 December. It arrived on 22 December. Unfortunately it was a size too small. I paid £26.40. This company says it is uk based but its from CHINA not UK as described. They do not supply a return label. Was going to send back but would of cost £16.80 to return.
How can they get away with this misinformation.

Reviews on website are fake in my opinion. Interesting that the same cat appears in multiple photographs in multiple ‘different’ reviews.

Tracked my order using "shop" as it had not arrived, it actually said delivered 2 hours previous which it has not, reading the other reviews this looks like a scammer, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

This website is a scam. Items took three weeks to arrive - a month later one still hasn't arrived. No real tracking info. Also convinced the online product reviews must be fake - the two items that have arrived, allegedly best sellers, are bizarre - they're loud and badly designed - my cats are either frightened or disinterested by them. Complete waste of money

I am shocked I did not pick up on the true location of this business
The website looks 100% UK based.
I ordered a cat bed as my cat is booked for a life changing surgery and he will not be able tk jump on/off his favourite chair bed for some time. I allowed 2 weeks for delivery...there is no option to upgrade. Its now 3 days before Harv's surgery, I emailed for a tracking update. My heart sank when I realised Happy Poppy are not
UK based and there us no way the bed will arrive. I've had to order another bed with next day delivery. Thank goodness I had enough time. This business need to be honest and state delivery time 2+ weeks

Ordered in plenty of time for Christmas yet it arrived 7 days after Christmas, it comes from China I had no knowledge of this or I would not have ordered, the item was complete rubbish it broke within 10 minutes, don’t waste your money buying from this company

Ordered a cat toy 8th December and it still hasn't arrived (that's if it was ACTUALLY sent). Emailed the company twice but no response. I usually check Trustpilot when buying from a company I've never used. This time I didn't. Be warned...

Thinking I was ordering from within the UK, I discovered that the items actually come from China or Hong Kong. They took weeks to come and our cats won't use them! Customer service is appalling and they will fob you off with all sorts of excuses. Avoid.

Item not as described. According to website photos and description was supposed to be a pad or cushion, was actually a cushion cover.
Repeated requests for delivery update were ignored
Tracking system gave no information
Poor value for money.
Refund requested.

Appalling company, lie after lie, it's been three weeks since my order and it's still not arrived, I thought I was dealing with a UK based company but after a few checks I've since found out they are Hong Kong based, they rarely respond to emails and when they do they don't answer questions, don't use this company, there a waste of space.

Very misleading website . XL dog bed more like a bed for a kitten when arrived similar product on Temu for half the price these are charging. They are not based in the uk as stated on there website. And took nearly 3 weeks to arrive to find a XL dog bed that I had ordered more like a bed for a kitten and very cheaply made . Waste of money and you have to email to ask them for a returns label and they charge for you to return back to China do not waste your money or buy from this website. I am now out of pocket

Firstly the company is in Hong Kong not trading from the Uk. Wait at least a month for delivery although I have waited much longer from America. They sent reassuring emails to let me know it is still in transit. The package arrived un damaged and assembled fine. I ordered a large in a cat scratcher which is for a medium sized cat but not suitable for a large strong cat as it is lightweight and basic in quality but all in all I’m not disappointed. Try Amazon for similar.

Did not receive 40 pounds worth of cat toys, please dont buy from them

Website full of positive reviews and poses as a uk site. I paid a lot for a squeaky toy described as durable, when it finally arrived from China it was in pieces within five minutes. I looked back at website and can now see they are just fake reviews. Very dodgy company

With everyone else on this - ordered on the 8th of December and still waiting for my parcel. Have emailed and no response. Total scam - Hong Kong company posing as an UK entity importing cheap goods. 0 stars!

Absolutely awful!!! Ordered presents for my cat for Christmas on 03 Dec. It's now 24th and they are on a plane somewhere after being told it would be here for Christmas! They refuse to email back and give a refund! Will never use their services again!

It's been 6 weeks and I still haven't received my order. I sent them a couple of emails and didn't get any response. Do not buy from this company.

Item arrived after 3 weeks, I ordered a cat toy but it wasn't really clear that it's dropshipping from China - although that becomes clear when you look in the legal notice.
I contacted customer support via email to see where my delivery was as the provided tracking didn't really show anything. I got a different tracking link a day later which worked. And the parcel was delivered via Yodel.

The toy is good and my cat likes it, but the page makes it seem like it's a UK company and not some cheap dropshipping stuff. Wouldn't order from there again but it's also not the worst.
