We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful vacation home, and it exceeded all our expectations. The location was stunning and offered complete privacy, allowing us to truly unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings. The house itself was impeccably clean and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a perfect holiday. The pool was pristine and inviting, and the garden was beautifully maintained, adding to the overall charm of the property.

The central location of the apartment…
The central location of the apartment was ideal for visiting Moon & Stars. Price performance was OK.
The fact that there is a construction site right across the street could have been mentioned. The workers started working at 7 in the morning and it was very loud.
If you drive by car, there is unfortunately no parking space for guests, but there is a blue zone all around which is free from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m.
Fan was great as it was very hot in Locarno.
Very fast and good support via Whatsapp with Christian and his team.

Happy Holiday team very responsive and helpful! Provided additional information which helped me and my 4 teenagers maximize the holiday! So five stars for the team.
Only one issue - not related to team - there is a hornets nest/wasp nest on the balcony of our apartment. Dangerous for guests and for staff!

Great place in Malaga og fantastic service. We booked an apartment near Estepona in Costa del Sol. The apartment lived up to our expectations. We had some issues when we arrived, but thanks to Anna, she gave an amazing service and replied very quickly.
So if you want to stay somewhere at Costa del Sol, then I can recommend to have a look at the apartments from Happy Rental.

Amazing place
The communication with the local rental team was amazing very personal and easy lovely Anna was fab . We loved the place so much amazing decor ,space and cleanliness. Everything you need from extra towels to saffron to washing tablets to a candle cabinet. Gorgeous place 8 minutes walk to main centre of la cal and 2 minutes from supermarkets. Joanne (Ireland)

The staff was amazing
The staff was amazing, very quick to respond and helpful with arrangements. The rental was picturesque, clean with a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. Everything we could need was a walkable distance, including the grocery. The kitchen was well equipped, we were able to prepare meals in. Beds were very comfortable and temperature perfect. Very quiet environment.

Happy Scammers!!!
We booked the Paradiso Incanto in Lugano over AirBNB from Happy.rentals and encountred these issues:
No privat parking as advertised
No working wifi as advertised
Mold and waterdamage in two rooms
Mold in the coffee machine
In gerneral not clean
Bathroom door cloudn't be opened or closed
Strip club in the ground floor
Happy.rentals didn't care at all, so we called AirBnB.
AirBnB requested a refund for us because we left after 1 day and "suddenly" happy.rentals can't refund nor accept the refund in 72h nor answer the e-mails.
AirBnB doesn't proceed the refund because Happy.rentals doesn't give the money back.
We are talking about 1650.-
Edit:
"Some works on the road" doesn't explain mold in the room and coffee machine, non working wifi, non working toilet door, a blocked parking spot etc.
We contacted Ivan L. directly via phone and he claimed to know nothing about the whole story.
Not to mention that he was rude.
We also contacted happy.rentals and swisspropertysolutions via e-mail on July 8.
No one bothered to answer!
It's been over 1 month and no one wanted to give any statement nor did we receive the refund of 1650.-, but suddenly after our bank demands a chargeback everyone wants to talk.
What a surprise.

There were indeed issues upon arrival as the city of Lugano was doing some works on the road and we were unfortunately not aware. We agreed to a refund of 1650 chf as of course you could not stay here.
We tried to process the refund through Airbnb multiple times, but each time we received an error. We can understand that you are not happy about this situation and we are extremely sorry about this and have asked Airbnb. They have informed us on the 9th July that they were in contact with you about the refund.
We do not want to scam you at all as we have confirmed that we agreed to the refund. We truly do not understand the issue as we have never experienced a problem with sending a refund to a guest. It is absolutely false that Airbnb does not refund because of us!

Amazing Holiday …
Well where to start…. We had the most amazing time in Villa Erika. I was apprehensive as we had two babies a 4 year old and nine year old with us, but I need not have worried ANGELO was amazing , he was fantastic if we had any queries he replied back immediately, he couldn’t have been more helpful. The Villa itself was a dream, with the garden where the children could play ballgames, go on the swings, hammock not to forget the children’s pool where they played morning, noon and night. There was so much space in side and outside, we were a party of 5 adults and 4 children, but there was plenty of room for other people to comfortably stay. The beautiful sandy beach is literally a five minute walk from Villa. The Airport is only 35 minute drive (which was great with children) I would highly recommend hiring a car to travel to the beautiful towns surrounding the area ( our favorite was Alberobello ( a must to visit) 1 hour 20 min drive, I would highly recommend.

Appartment was very nice
Appartment was very nice, good location. Collecting keys was very efficient and easy.
The pool wasn't open which we only found out on arrival due to a pool ban in Spain. I feel they should have notified us before arrival. It wasn't a problem as we are Marriott owners so we could use their pool but had we not had another pool it would have ruined our holiday. The patio was also dirty and had not been cleaned - lots of bird poo on the patio.
Comfy beds. Very nice master bedroom and bathroom.
Local shop very near and close to the beach restaurants and a little shop.

Thank you for your stay at Hacienda Playa Beach And Pool in Marbella at the end of May. Unfortunately it had not rained in Spain for months and there was a severe water shortage and therefore the government had banned the filling of pools. This was a really terrible situation as there was simply not enough clean water for everyone. Luckily it is better now after a few rainy days in June.
Our apologies for the birds, we will find a way to keep them away.
