Worst Platform - DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING
My request to all the readers please do not book anything using this website. They are 100% hoaxes. Even I am from the hospitality industry and have never seen such worst service. It is not a tiny amount; it is INR 20k. It has been two years, and I still haven't received any refund from these people.
I need some guidance on how to prosecute these people. They should be banned entirely. They are scamming people. They are an insult to the Indian startups.

Deception, harassment and mental agony!
Book your tickets only if you’re prepared for mental agony and harassment. Airlines refunded my money and these folks are withholding the amount. They have three refunds of mine and every time they send an automated response. The management doesn’t care. I’m appalled why such organisations are even permitted to operate?

There is no rating number that I can give them; they are one of the worst ways to book a flight. I would never book a ticket on this platform. It's been over 6 months and they still haven't refunded the money. They blame airlines for not crediting them and so on. I'm going to file a complaint against them. I'm going to make sure that their operations in India are terminated.

I booked three tickets in indigo flight…
I booked three tickets in indigo flight through happy easy go on December 2021 I canceled my tickets and intimated happy easy go. They informed they will refund with in 15 days. After 2 months no action from their end even after sending so many emails. I checked in indigo and found that indigo refund money to happy easy go once I canceled my tickets. Till date they didn’t refund my money. I feel that this company is a fraud company and requesting all not to book through this company.

Looting Money of Customers
I canceled my flight tickets a month back. I had booked the tickets within the offer that I wont be charged any cancellation. When I Cancelled the tickets it was told to me that I would be given full refund except some part which would be deducted. Its almost a month and whenever I call they give me a deadline for one week.
Is Mr Scindia /Mr Modi taking a note of this .Can they ban this website, which is there to cheat customers.

Found best deal on the hotel booking, for the hotel I was well familiar with. Booked 10 rooms for three nights – and that was substantial saving. As I used the platform for the first time, just like that – checked the reviews on the internet – AND I WAS SHOCKED.
Booking was quite in advance – more than a month, so the time passed worrying if the agency would forward booking to Hotel and if Hotel would honour the booking.
However, all went well, and we are happy to have booked the hotel through the site.
