Fraud they don't give money back

I have been a loyal happy easy go coustmer for few years now I regret choosing them at all. These people are almost equal to scammers. They give free cancellation flight but when u cancel they will not give your money back neither they payback when airlines cancel the flight. Its been more than 3 months these people not paying 50k they say request forwaded to airlines while I spoke to them and they have cleared the payment but these scammers don't want to pay. Please use other loyal Companies.

This travel agency does not refund any…

This travel agency does not refund any money to anyone that’s their first priority .But they do embezzle everyone they can,again their priority. Be it hotel booking or flight ticket or anything else. Government memorandum is not going to scare them. Mr Zha and Mr Prabhakar easily wash their hands of Indian public money as easily as sanitizing during covid pandemic. There are 1079 consumer complaints against them out of which 74 have resolved.Impressive image! Now they’re not replying to emails! Pretty good business etiquette!After one and half year of contact still not refunding.

Worst Services & Useless Organization

I don't know how many more years they will be taking to refund my money. They are most unprofessional & don't respect there customer. After taking all proof update from my end that i have received refund from from different app (MakemyTrip, EasemyTrip) but these guys are so useless that more than 1.5 year also they don't refund our money.

Booked ticket under flight cancellation protection... didn't get the refund on cancellation even after calling the customer care more than 150 times... their usual reply is we are looking, give us more time and it's already 1.5 Year... please don't book anything from happyeasygo... they cheat customers. They don't know the meaning of patients. Very bad experience, they are the most UNTRUSTED organization.

RIP-OFF A**Hole of a company!

I ordered tools @ $132.00 back in July/2021.
I Never received a confirmation or any other correspondence for over two weeks, when I reached out via email because their phone number is invalid.
The reply was 'Ok sir, very sorry...wait few more weeks.
A month later, I get a cheaply made wallet, not tools.
Going on 3 months...nothing.

BIG FRAUD

I booked a ticket for four persons in spice jet from chennai to delhi through this happy easy go website toatl amount was 29,000 rs.
Spice jet cancelled the flight due to operational reason and ask us to book alternate flight one day after which i canoot do due to business meeting.We asked happy easy go and they request us to cancel with full refund and we did it and booked alternate indigo flight.The money they returned is 8900 rs only.They have deducted 20000 rs.Even the reliance insurance did not want to pay us.

Pathetic

Extremely bad service.
I had unfortunately booked a hotel on Happyeasygo.com and couldn't proceed further with the booking so I had to cancel it and I did it immediately, I then called up the customer care and explained my situation they said that I would receive my refund in the next 7-14 days almost 10days and I hadn't received any amount from their end so I followed up, they still kept saying that I would receive my refund it had been 22 days after I had still not recieved anything so I decided to email them upon emailing they told me that my amount was non-refundable.
How irresponsible is this I kept waiting only to know that I wouldn't get back anything this is so wrong on their part this shows that they do not take their customers seriously never have I ever experienced such a bad service. Please don't ever make any transactions from this site

Worst experience. Would never want to use this again. Will spread the word of my experience to all my network.
As a company there should be some time limit for cancellation. On the dashboard it show refundable when booked it says non refundable. Worst service and policy

Fraud compony they don't wants return the money

Fraud people.

Fraud people.
I booked Four Points by Sheraton Delhi on 23 July for 3 pax and carefully choose number of pax are 3 and want accomodation with breakfast.
While making the payment they gave me a notification that there is some change in price and later they took me to the same payment page with 100rs less than the previous amount as if they are giving discount.
I made the payment and later I received voucher stating that the price is only for 2 pax and 1180/- for extra person needs to be paid at the hotel.Also the voucher is only for accomodation without breakfast.

While calling their customer executive they directly say if you want to cancel then cancel it, we cannot do anything in it.
We have mentioned somewhere hiddenly that extra price for 3rd person is excluded.
Who does that?I have made several bookings and never faced this type of issue.Also they say go to the hotel and ask for breakfast as if they will provide me breakfast in extra 300 rs for 3 pax.

Totally fraud.Please dont fall in trap.

I have been following up since 3 months…

I have been following up since 3 months for my refund of my flight tickets since last 3 months, they have already crossed the TAT but have still not given my refund amount

I am fed up following up with them
everytime when I ask them they say they need more time, I don't think they are even in a mood to refund my money, pathetic experience pls never book a flight from happy easygo.

Worst Customer Service and Refund Policy

HEG is the worst platform for bookings. They will hold the refund money for 45-90 days even if the service provider has refunded the full amount the very first day of refund initiation. I believe they keep the money with themselves until the customer forget, or make money by the money collected from customers over 3 months or so.

Worst company

Worst company. Full of fraudsters. Never refunded . Better you go to yatra or makemytrip. Don't ever book from them. They prephoned the flight which I can't make it.
