Fraudsters
Fraudsters. They cheat with refund money. I am struggling to get refund from 6 months after airline credited them money. No escalation or any one is serious. Even if you get 1000 rupee cheaper don't buy. If you buy you will experience calling them 1000 times for refund. Worst company ever without any ethics

HEG( Happy easy go), the company should be banned.
The poor management, careless management, no rules.
In single word, if you booked a ticket from here, you did a big mistake.

this website is such a scam. do not ever again try booking in this app because my flight got cancelled so I applied for refund and that was cancelled due to a very poor reason. there is no CONTACT NUMBER to even contact its just mail ID and they dont respond. such a bad experience. just want everybody to know be aware of the website which you are booking in.

Really a worst airline agent...
Really a worst airline agent.... Its have been six months over. Still I have not received my amount (approx. Rs.13000). Airline (Spice jet) already refunded to Happy Easy Go. But this agent is a fraud and cheater. Every time replying Keep your patience. We are closely working with airlines. I complaint to Cyber cell crime department against them. Lets see whether I will get back my amount or not

Had booked a flight last year. Due to covid it was cancelled. The ticket amount was refunded to Happy easy go by the air services. Its been a year and we have not received the refund till now. Pathetic customer service.No proper update .no revert from the team.

Don't book the ticket.They hold the refund amount of customer for 35 to 40 days after receiving it from airline and deduct more and more amount from customers refund.
I never recommend this Happy easy go.
They are fraud.
Out of 13000/-.I only got 666/-.

we booked a ticket through happy Easy…
we booked a ticket through happy Easy Go for Indian Airlines. Due to pandemic, the flight could not operate. I approached Indian Airlines, who processed refund and confirmed to me through email. Now This happy Easy Go company are not refunding my money despite rigorous follow up since last one year.
Now we are finally files a case in consumer court and also filing criminal case for cheating I am a lawyer and not going to spare these people. I will see that these cheaters are arrested by police and produced in Mumbai court.
I will teach them a lesson and see that in future no innocent people become victim of heir modes operandi.

I booked the flight from Amritsar to Kannur on 29th and flight got cancelled due to covid pandemic however the refund is completed by the airline to the happy easy go and amount is not yet credit to my account. I suggest people to not book through this web site and refund policies are terrible. I'm planning to approach consumer court.
