The buying process was terrible

The buying process was terrible, though the product itself is okay. I was offered a new customer discount that couldn’t be applied, and later a "3 for 2" deal that also didn’t work. Customer service eventually helped, but only after I reached out. After ordering, I received a flood of useless updates and broken tracking links. They clearly ignore customer feedback. Worst of all, when asked to leave a review, they tried to steer me away unless I gave a high rating.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever…

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I had to wait over 20 days, just to receive my parcel. I kept receiving messages saying that it’s on its way, but never got it. Never buying anything from them again and I am not going to recommend it to anyone.

Way harder material than used to be

Last year I received original HappyFlops from my mother-in-law as a gift. They are super soft and nice, I absolutely adore them. This year I decided to order them for my mother's birthday and I was lucky enough to receive them after around 10 days. I ordered exactly the same product from their official website, just 1 size bigger. The slippers that I received, however, were not even nearly as soft, they feel more like an AliExpress knock-off. I don't have any time to make returns because my mother is leaving back to her home country in 2 days and she still seems to be happy about them. And from what I know they don't issue refunds unless you send the product back. I don't think these flip-flops are worth their price anymore.

Worth waiting

Products are very comfortable. I’ve ordered 3 pairs. All came with its individual bag. I normally use size 39, so ordered 38-39. Thinking they could be too big for those who use size 38. Took quite a long delivery time.
