I also bought them and n my holiday in Greece they shrunk 3 sizes. Could not ware them anymore. Send 2 mails...no response. So don't buy them.
The size is a little big, so the ones I ordered for my son is hard for him to use quiet yet which was disappointing. other than that I am satisfied. They are comfortable to wear.
I first got one pair, and was very satisfyed. I ordered one more pair and it was totally different, and not that soft.

My feet’s love happy flops. I use them inside the house, on my job and in summertime. We have hard floors and my feet hurts. After I started using happy flops my feet don’t hurt anymore.
The shoes were too big, but the support said they will send me new ones in a smaller size free of charge. Comfortables to wear as well.

I ordered 3 pair of flops. 2 pairs in black and one pair in beige. Unfortunately the one black pair size 42/43 that should have been black, was delivered colour light yellow/pinkish. He will never use them .

Great product, slightly annoying delivery
Great product, great price.
Only complaint: The delivery spammed generated _many_ e-mails, most of which were duplicates or superfluous, and also with a different name on the sender than "HappyFlops". Confusing and a bit too much.
But again, the product itself was absolutely great. Just what I wanted.

The flops are fine
The flops are fine, but my feet are not so happy. They are too soft actually, I have artrosis in my toes. I also need a bit wider sole. I will use the flops at home, because they are soft and warm, but not for long walks.

Fake and rock hard Happyflops, but Thanks to Sara in Sweden!
The item never lived up to my exspectations. They where hard as a rock. Spoke to a woman named Karianne who only argued on what i had to say and never felt helpful in any way. Then i spoke to a swedish woman named Sarah. She was super helpful and sent me a batch of new items. Sadly they where just as «fake» as the last one. But Sara was helpful yet again when she cancelled my order and i didnt have to pay.
Now i am a disappointed owner of 5 rock hard «HappyFlops».
But a big thank u to Sara in Sweden
