Disappointed and still no response after 3 months
I ordered four sleep tunnels from Happy Kido, two of which (in khaki) were perfect and exactly what I expected based on a previous purchase. However, the two blue ones were far too loose and didn’t function as advertised — they didn’t provide the calming pressure effect at all.
I’ve been trying to return and exchange the faulty ones for over three months now. At first, there was some email contact, but for the past few weeks I haven’t received any response at all. I’ve sent multiple messages but no reply.
It’s very disappointing, especially given the price and the fact that these products are targeted at children who need reliable and well-functioning solutions. I had high hopes based on my previous experience, but the lack of customer service is unacceptable.
I hope this review helps others and that Happy Kido will take this feedback seriously and improve their communication and support.
