We ordered a 4x3m pergola and just over a week later it was delivered and installed. Much quicker than expected. Very impressed with the quality of the pergola and even more impressed with Harbour’s installation team of Jenson and Daniel who were excellent - they’re a credit to the company. Just wish we’d bought one ages ago!

The goods arrived as stated by Company. The Umbrella arrived very well packaged and is superb. Just what we needed as our Umbrella although faithful for years was no longer manageable for us. We are 86 and 85 years old so the ease of raising and lowering our new umbrella is easy and a joy. The colour is just right and matches our outside armchairs.

I was really pleased with the level of customer service I received from Ian Sparrow. He was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful throughout, and I felt he was doing his best to resolve the situation and keep me updated.
There was one occasion where I didn’t receive the promised call back, and when he did get back to me, he didn’t have all of the information I was expecting. However, I appreciate that he was also having to deal with external factors out of his control, which was clearly making things more difficult for him.
Under the circumstances, I felt he handled everything as well as he could and remained helpful and professional throughout. Overall, I was very happy with his service and appreciated the effort he made to help get things resolved.

What makes a quality company? Fantastic customer service and great products. We love our pergola and have found Harbour to put customer service at the top of their priorities. We had a hickup with our installation but it was addressed promptly and professionally which has given us confidence. Our son had bought a pergola from Harbour and had equally excellent service. I would recommend Harbourlifestyle without hesitation.

Really pleased with the gazebo, well made and just what we wanted. As with other reviews the instructions in the box were disappointing but there is an online video which is what we ended up following and that was fine. Can recommend

Excellent service from the team at Harbour Lifestyle. Ordered a parasol and base - the communications was excellent - kept up to date with tracking and easy delivery. Noticed there was a couple of fixings missing - the team sorted it out very quickly with no fuss or quibble. Big thanks to Urim for sorting it out. Overall a very easy transaction, great quality product with great aftercare.

Absolutely love this pergola. We brought the 2.4 x 3m and it fits perfectly. Instructions were Easy to follow. Took a little longer than it stated but we Happy with the finish. I love it so much I want to purchase another one in the spring for the bottom end of the garden.
Delivery service was brilliant. Arrived earlier than I was expecting. Fabulous quality.

Making an appointment via their website was very easy and we were pleasantly surprised with the location of the showroom, which is in lovely surroundings with plenty of parking.
We were greeted by Lottie, who is friendly and approachable. She had excellent product knowledge of the pergola we were interested in, demonstrated the unique features, operation, maintenance and installation options. She was also happy to answer any questions we had. We received a quotation before we left the premises.
Having completed some more research on competitors products, we're confident that we've chosen the right supplier and are going ahead with our purchase.
