Arrived on time. Everything was labeled and we used the item check list to make sure we had all the bits. Relatively easy to put up and looks great. Not fastened to floor as it is sturdy enough to stand up to the wind. Would definitely recommend. We were going for a canvas cover but this is so much better.

The Pergola arrived very quickly and we live in Scotland. The quality was great and the structure very sturdy.
My husband and I built it together, I thought it would end in a divorce but surprisingly it wasn't that bad . We had a few small issues but they were sorted very quickly.
It now is a lovely addition to the garden ready for our hot tub coming.

It was a preorder of about a month, it was then delayed a week or 2 prior to delivery date for an additional 2 months and delivered mid August, past a majority of the summer months. It arrived with a damaged add on a replacement was eventually sent 2 weeks later. The side tables were misaligned and after a month they ask if I want a partial refund instead of them being replaced. Still yet to have a complete, functioning BBQ that matches as is satisfactory 5 months post order. Would not use this company again. The only positive is the BBQ is a nice colour and I was able to pay monthly instead of in bulk.

Easy to arrange purchase, swift delivery. Not had a chance to put it up yet - decking alterations needed - but requests for advice have been swiftly delivered too, so hopefully no pitfalls when we get round to the build.

Have ordered twice from Harbour Lifeystyle and have had some issues with damaged furniture on arrival. However the customer service I’ve received to rectify this has been excellent, replacing products quickly and offering compensation for our issues.

4 of the units arrived damaged, after 3 replacements and still units damaged we missed the summer! Some of the finish was sloppy, under packaged to protect units, one worktop cracked, tap should ideally come with hose pipe fitting but normal tap tails supplied. After months trying to get resolved but units kept arriving damaged inc replacements gave up and accepted a partial refund, the gas hose for the bbq incorrect fitting which I reported a week ago and still waiting for a response!!! Unbelievable!!

Love our new furniture! We did a lot of research before finally deciding which company to use and glad we chose harbour lifestyle. The quality is unmatched! Speedy delivery and couldn't fault anything.

Excellent quality and service

Great product. Purchased the 3x2.4-metre A bit tricky to put together ,but with patience, very happy with the result.

Excellent customer service, very helpful and informed technical support and after sales departments. Very competitive prices and an excellent product quality. Outstanding all round service.

It was a great experience using Harbour lifestyle to purchase the outdoor table and chairs.
A couple of chair legs had some damage caused during transport and Lorik from their customer support team was very helpful and responsive in arranging the relevant repairs required.
Only recommendation would be that the table could be 3-4 inches wider but that’s more of a personal preference.

I paid for it to be installed it was a good decision, as they were very quick.

I would have to give the product the Lyra Corner set 5 stars it’s amazing and such good quality but as it was on pre order I was aware I had a long wait however I had no communication of the delay after the pre order date had passed and had to chase and then had to wait again. The delivery was also 5 stars. Just the lack of proactive communication of extended delivery let them down

Excellent, professional, friendly service, very good communications and quick delivery times, would definately reccommend.

The sofa set is great and they delayed our delivery for us until we got back from holiday.

Very fast delivery

I had an issue with a product purchased that was still under warranty. When I raised the issue I was assigned Lorik as my Customer Service contact and they did an incredible job of understanding the issue and then resolving it promptly.
Lorik clearly understands what good customer service looks like, nothing was too much trouble and liaising with Lorik was so proactive and attentive until the issue had been resolved. I would definitely recommend the company and certainly this employee. Thank you
