My order was not honored and was called (pressured) to upgrade to a much more expensive version of the item I ordered (which I didn't do). Very shady business practice. I will look elsewhere going forward.

Fishy to me.
Allegedly couldn’t verify my address. They wanted a picture of my drivers license and credit card. I’m not going to give photos of info. I have never heard of that. Sounded fishy!!!

Our team emailed you on 09/01/2023 and called as well but there was no response from your side. The address doesn't show registered under your name, that is why you were asked to share the pictures of Credit Card and Drivers License which was the only way to verify. We also have an option for Wire transfer as a payment method in these cases which was informed to you. Due to no response the order was cancelled and refunded to you otherwise we could have discussed further to close this.

Missing parts
I ordered 2 ssd server drives with caddies and only one drive arrived with the caddy. I sent an email to support on 8/31 and haven't heard from them yet. I need the caddy to expand the storage of one of my servers.
