I have just sold my house through Hardisty. It's always a stressful process, but Hardisty's communication was very good and kept me informed. Millie was excellent in the sale process, as was Chloe, who followed through from offer acceptance to completion.

Really helpful throughout the buying process. Super easy to get hold of them and a single point of contact for the property was a personal welcomed touch to the service. Jack was extremely approachable and a great contact between me and the seller.

Roxanne was the sale progressor for my recently completed property sale. She was a lovely person to deal with as well as being highly professional and competent and kept me informed on progress of the sale of my property at all times. We got an immediate viewing organised for the day after we first saw the property up for sale. The agents were easy to deal with, on time and quick to respond. We made an offer immediately after the viewing. Negotiations were handled quickly and efficiently by Luke. As soon as our offer was accepted Hardisty kept their word and didn’t allow any more viewings which allowed us peace of mind to proceed quickly to completion. Chloe was our liaison person between us and the vendors. She was amazing. Polite, efficient and understanding. All the things my own solicitor was not! I would highly recommend her and the whole estate agency of Hardisty. Josh and the team at the Ilkley office were fantastic. The property had been in the market for a good while but once Josh took over they got the sale moving and were very helpful in getting us to exchange of contract stage despite some difficulties with the legal process.
