Delivery took over 2 weeks!
I purchased a raincoat on the 29th April and it was expected to be delivered between 02/05/2026 and 04/05/2026, which would have been in time for my wife’s birthday. I have just received this today 16/05/2026
The coat itself is great and that part I’m happy with, but to take over two weeks from ordering to delivery is just poor.

Had my Timberland trainers in stock!
I wanted to find some Timberland trainers that are discontinued on the UK website. I used Google search and there they were. In a French business called Hardloop warehouse. I ordered immediately and the delivery was swift. Kept informed French side, up until customs clearance then it was handed over to DPD. I got a 1 hour delivery window. It was £7 for delivery but worth it. I will definitely deal with Hardloop again. Thankyou
