DO NOT SHOP AT Hardloop!

Hardloop shipped via Chronopost however the delivery was made by DPD which Hardloop failed to communicate with me!!! The PaketShop could not find the package from Chronopost for hours. They had to search for all the packages at the PaketShop. This is unacceptable!!! I will not be ordering from HARDLOOP AGAIN!!!

Customer service was responsive, at the same time it took them forever to find a returned item and ship it back to me.

Delays, slow customer support, only some articles can be returned

I had three bad experiences in a single order and while in the past I was happy with Hardloop, this time I can only say I'm pretty disappointed and will not order there anymore.

First, my order was delayed by two weeks, apparently because one article that was supposed to be in stock wasn't. However, there was absolutely no communication about it until I lost patience and asked customer support. In such a situation, I would appreciate either that they ship it in two packages or at least that they inform me. I needed this equipment for climbing and only understood it wouldn't arrive on time when, two days before the due date, it was still not shipped.

The customer support is ridiculously slow. I had to contact them twice. The first time it took four days to get an answer and the second time seven days.

Finally, I ordered a climbing harness among other items. They apparently have a policy not to accept returns on such articles for security reasons, even if they are unused, with labels still on, etc. I understand the idea, but it's not indicated on the page of the article, only deep in the conditions of the website. It's written in big at the top that there is a 100-day return policy and in small on another page that it doesn't apply to such articles. Bad luck, I always wear M and for this harness I needed an L, so I have a 75-euro new harness I cannot use. I wish it were clearly indicated on the article page that these items cannot be returned, and I would not have taken the risk in the first place.

The order took for ever to arrive

The order took for ever to arrive and when I enquired about the status of the order it took extremely long for the customer service to come back with news and updates. Once I received the order the package was in a dreadful state. Also I kept writing to the customer support in English and was only getting German answers, I understand I ordered from the German website but unless mistaken that is the default for Luxembourg (country where English is very common).

You have forget to send me my order during 3 weeks

You have lost my order! I made an order on 3 Jan and after 5+ claims and e-mails you came back and told that now you have shipped my product after 3 weeks of waiting time! I got my parcel only on 31 Jan at delivery office! It is NOT acceptable! I don't need product anymore! But I did not find any refund list in a box to make a full refund! NOT ACCEPTABLE! I will try my best to write you negative reviews to aware other customers of being upset! Why I need my product after 1 month of waiting time ? I bought another products. I need full refund!
