Horrible quality of display box -- Junk

First the negative - the quality of the display box is very poor. Plastic is flimsy with cracks and one tab was broken off. Poor packaging, thin plastic envelope which is most likely why the plastic was cracked. The tabs do not fit together properly or stay in place. Using glue does not make it more stable. It is JUNK. Contacted Harfington without any reply. I did check spam, nothing found from Harfington. I would have ordered from Amazon who honors fast return shipping. This piece is not worth returning due to cracks, glue and horrific quality.
Positive - Very timely shipping.

Great quality and Price.

Really pleased with the quality of the product. Packaging was appropriate for the contents. Delivery time was good (9 days from China to San Francisco). My only issue was the delivery. I received free shipping, so they used a courier of their choice which was "GOFO Express" (never heard of them). I don't know if this company is new to the area, but you absolutely CANNOT just leave a package in front of someones door and walk away. The San Francisco area is FULL of dirtbags who spend their entire worthless lives walking around stealing packages. If I hadn't been home when this delivery-person knocked and walked away, my package would have been stolen within the hour. Free delivery doesn't mean anything if the package never shows up or gets stolen. For anyone else who might order from Harrington, keep in mind: if you choose free delivery, your package may get left at your door whether you're home or not.

Boxes do not snap together

The panels for the display boxes that I ordered need to be cemented in order to stay together. It didn't say that when I ordered the box. It's the right size, but not what I was expecting.

The Jute Twine Rolls That Arrived Are Different Colours & Twine Sizes

After calculating how much Jute twine I needed for one project, I ordered '328 Feet Garden Twine, 2mm Craft Jute Twine String, Yellow' x 2.

The 2 rolls of Twine that arrived are different yellows. Either different dye lots, or, more likely, these are the two different colours available on Harfington: Yellow, and Light Yellow.

The Yellow is also a thicker Twine than Light Yellow. You can see this comparing the twines, as well as the overall sizes of the rolls; one roll is larger.

So now I can't make my project without it looking strange. $17.57 USD and my time and energy wasted.

I wish Trust Pilot allowed pics so I could show these discrepancies.
