I had a consultation with Dr Harris in London and was really impressed by his approach.

What stood out most was how measured and honest he is there was no pressure, no overselling, and a clear focus on achieving natural, refined results rather than anything overdone. He took the time to explain options thoughtfully and has a very strong aesthetic eye.

I also really valued the fact that he recommended another surgeon for my specific needs. That level of integrity and confidence is rare, and it made me trust his judgement even more.

Dr Harris is my go to for all natural looking tweaks, I don’t trust anyone else with my face. His approach is so refreshing compared to most other injectors, he won’t allow me to look out of place, if you know what I mean! He is funny, and honest, and just an out right genius. My treatment is about 3 weeks ago and I could not be happier how refreshed I look. Dr Harris‘s recommendations are always on point. He is so knowledgeable and guides safely through the noise of how much could be done to one’s face. His approach is less more and therefore I I still look very natural which is my preference. I couldn’t recommend him more to anyone who might be a first-time patient.

I had a very positive experience with this clinic. I went in to have under-eye hyaluronic acid filler dissolved, and DR. Steve Harris handled the procedure with great professionalism and care. He took the time to assess the area properly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.

The treatment itself was very smooth – I had no bruising and no swelling afterwards, which shows how skilled and gentle the technique was DR. Steve Harris also followed up afterwards to check how I was feeling and asked for photos to monitor the result, which I really appreciated.

It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and about achieving safe, natural results. I’m very grateful for his honesty, attention, and professionalism. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and responsible aesthetic doctor.

Waste of time. I sent him the pictures paid the consultant fee and flew from Ireland to see hom in london. When I arrived he said oh there isnt anything I can do for you! I said i paid you £100 for a consultation for this exact reason. Absolute joke. £450 for nothing. This fella has lost sight of his work. All for the quick buck... do not recommend.

An honest and kind Dr

I have seen Dr Harris a few times now - twice for Botox, once for lip dissolving and once for lip filler. His secretary, Des, is amazing as she manages to always fit you in. I was recommended to him by a practitioner in LA who does all the A-listers over there - she couldn't see me as I wasn't a US resident, but told me I should see Dr Harris when I was back in London as he is a genius at what he does.

He is my best kept secret because his work is SO natural, but he is also incredibly honest. He will never overfill you - in fact, he will outwardly refuse to treat you if he thinks you don't need it, which is great as he could easily take your money if he really wanted to. I have seen lots of doctors in the past who literally beg to give you Botox or fillers unnecessarily, so seeing a doctor who won't do that is incredibly refreshing.

Before seeing Dr Harris, I'd had a bad experience of dodgy lip filler with someone else (someone who, ironically, Tatler said was the "best" for lip fillers in London - I didn't realise people paid to be reviewed in there so please don't make the same mistake). She completely ruined my lips and I knew I'd made a mistake the moment I walked out of there. She literally filled my lips with syringes without telling me what the product was or what she planned on doing. Because it looked so wonky, I went to another person to get the lips fixed/balanced but adding more filler just seemed to make it worse. I waited and waited over 2 years for the filler to dissolve but then it started to migrate and make it look like I had a moustache! I was really worried about using hyalondaise after reviews I'd seen online but it was looking worse and worse as months went on and knew I had to fix it.

I decided to see Dr Harris to get my lips completely redone from scratch. His photos on Instagram are very natural and he goes into great detail about what he does to the lips and the issues with overfilling. He dissolved it for me after using a scanner to see where all the filler had migrated in my face - it wasn't as painful as I thought it would be and to be honest, my lips looked amazing afterwards. They certainly didn't shrink or look smaller which people had freaked me out about online. I also had some botox between my eyebrows.

A couple of weeks later I went back to see him and he said I didn't need any more lip filler and to just wait it out to get used to it, but if I wanted to see him in a few months I could.

Yesterday I went back to see him as I felt my top lip was looking small and he agreed we could do something. He filled my top lip ever so slightly and although there's a tiny bit of bruising today, they honestly look AMAZING. Like my dream lips. They look completely natural and not overfilled at all. I asked if we could do Botox in my forehead and he said I don't need it.

He is a genius with a real eye for detail and cannot recommend him enough. I hope this review is detailed for anyone who is worried about lip dissolving as well. :)

I see Dr Harris for approx 10y now , he is an amazing person very professional! He does his best and cares about his clients in an honest way ! He wouldn't inject if you don't need ( unlike other places...) .

Dr. Harris is a brilliant doctor in every sense. I wouldn’t trust anyone else, not in the least because I know he wouldn’t treat me if I didn’t need it. I saw him yesterday for my latest treatment and he was able to articulate what I needed based on my concerns in a way that was clear and professional. He is exacting, aryistic and empathetic and his work is subtle and beautiful. I would highly recommend him if you want the most natural work done with one of the most accomplished doctors working right now.

I have been seeing Dr Harris for years and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. He is 💯 trustworthy as well as being a brilliant very intuitive practitioner: there are so many irresponsible people out there it’s really important to know that you’re in completely safe hands.

I traveled overseas for a consultation with Dr. Harris in July 2023 as I was seeking to address some asymmetry and concerns with my appearance in terms of ageing etc.. Dr. Harris advised me that I was not a suitable candidate for the treatments I was looking to have - I was really excited to get a treatment so naturally part of me was disappointed to be leaving without one, however, I was truly grateful for his honesty and admired his integrity. He had no interest in selling me something he did not believe to be suitable/needed even though I was willing to pay for any kind of treatment at that stage given I admire his work so much and had traveled! The most trustworthy Doctor I have met in that industry and by far the most talented. An excellent experience. I will 100% return in a couple more years when I hope to be suitable.

Dr Harris is honest, professional, has integrity and that’s why I go to him and why I trust him. He will assess what is right for your face and your skin. I’ve been going to Dr Harris for a number of years. He always explains what will look good, what will work, what won’t , how much is enough and why. He runs on time and is efficient. I wouldn’t trust my face with anyone else!

I took a very long time doing research and followed dr Harris and observed his work on social media for months leading up to my appointment. He was very clear but thorough with his explanation. He was able to give me a nearly accurate consultation through pictures alone and his “less is more” approach through that made me trust him immediately. He was able to precisely pin the enhancements I needed that I was not even aware of and adviced me to not go for the typical filler sites that wouldn’t have suited my face. His eye to this detail reassured me and his use of his hands to create results that were subtle yet enhanced my face was confirmation I had made the right decision. Dr Harris doesn’t rush and doesn’t just give you what you request, this is what makes him different to other practitioners. He has a vision and an ethic that manifests in every discussion and his work. I am glad I came across him as he’s both boosted my confidence as well as deterred me from the filler look. He does show some tough love during conversations but I’m so glad I’ve listened to his professional advice. I had a difficult chin to fill and an imbalance in my lips. He’s been realistic with the outcomes but has made the effort to create the best results with my anatomy. I will be coming back for other enhancements and will not let anyone else touch my face. You know what i been waiting for my appointment nearly one year since ladt year 2022,unfortunately no body send a reminder message or email
When I did call to fi d out the stupid receptionist was playing up with words,I believe she gave my appointment to some else,and she said she will call me later for snother appointment 😒 unfortunately more than 24 hrs no body concted me yet.
