Ordered some of there products on the 28th of November and they have still not arrived, Tried to contact the company twice and have had no reply. No products no tracking information and no contact so bot great service so far.

Fast delivery, reliably good products and beautifully scented parcels.

I have used for a week and was ok for the first few days but noticed getting tummy cramps and associated bowel discomfort - I know magnesium tablets can do this but thought wouldn’t be an issue with the spray but feels like for me it is 😕

I have used this spray for three days now before going to bed and have not had any restless leg twitches at all. Also slept through the night which was an unexpected benefit.

Made a purchase from this company on the 19th October, I paid £6.95 postage ( which is way too expensive for a small spray.). It’s now 3rd of November and my item has still not arrived. I’ve contacted them several times had only one response - they blamed the new staff on not knowing what they were doing. - that was on Friday the 1st November - dreadful customer service. Still haven’t received my order, I most certainly WOULD NOT ORDER FRIM THEM AGAIN!

Bought some essential oil blends for diffuser. They clearly are not true essential oils. They smell of synthetic scent. The product information is very misleading. Disappointed as they were expensive. Feeling deceived.

Products 5 star I absolutely love them, but logging into your website is so frustrating, it's not mobile friendly becomes microscopic on my phone and after trying to login after 15 attempts using recaptcha I gave up as it wouldn't accept my response even though the were correct and is it really necessary I've noticed many sites have changed to text codes or authentication apps now which are more secure. Also, when will an app be available so much easier to manage subscriptions, account details etc.

Staff were very knowledgeable and could help me with my purchases staff took the time to listen then offered advice from there extremely happy using harrogate organics

When I realised I was being offered a 15% new customer discount I asked to buy additional products, but was told I would have to pay full price for the additional products. When I got home I saw that a leaflet had been put in the bag with my products which included a 15% of next purchase code.
Poor service, and a missed opportunity to double the value of the sale.

Excellent customer service and their products are fantastic. Everyone needs to try .

Delivery was quick, and the product works.

Since using the magnesium spray , my shoulder has been so much better , and i sleep better . My sister is now using this as she has restless leg, and it takes it away , and she gets a really good sleep

Bought the magnesium spray to help with awful sleep. Read reviews and believed it may help so worth a try.
2 weeks in and no help at all with sleep. Tried it on my achy hip and shoulder, think it helped with that.
Slow delivery.

The order arrived very quickly and was exactly as they described it. It was beautifully packaged and had a person note, which was good to receive. It made it feel more special- good quality goods too.
