Do not shop here if you think there's a chance your parcel could go missing or be stolen. I had my parcel stolen and Harry Brown failed to respond to my support messages for weeks, when they finally did respond they refused to offer any refund or even communicate with DPD.

It was amazing, ordered Sunday, received Tuesday and fit my son perfectly for his prom after let down from another company. Great service. Great quality suit.

great suits and great online shopping experience

Disappointing quality. Paid a decent price for a couple of jumpers that are quite thin, 100% acrylic, but they are shapeless and not finished off too well. Saw the label and Made in China. Says it all. If I had known that I wouldn't have bought. Delivery and packing was fine, as was the ordering process.

The quality, the length and the overall product quality was not what I had expected. It was so short and I reported it to be lopsided when worn too.
I returned the product due to the poor quality and fit - cost me £3.50 as they kept this for processing the return due to the product. Harry Brown is not for me and I wouldn't recommend.

I had a mixed experience with harrybrownlondon.com. Initially, I faced some challenges with returns and sizing, and the cost to send items back was quite high. However, their customer service was commendable, as Weronika promptly assisted me in finding the right size without any marks. Despite some hiccups, like discrepancies in the refund process, the quality and fit of the suits, especially the pale green one for our wedding, were impressive. While shopping online always carries risks, their efficient handling of my concerns and the beautiful fitting suit left a positive impression overall. Four stars for their service and quality.

Single breasted blue and white checkered waistcoat was of the high tailored standard I expected and the fabric print is exquisite…. Highly recommended…

It cost an arm and a leg to return two suits to the uk. Will not be doing any business with you guys in the future

I ordered two suits in different sizes that both arrived with marks on them. Cotton seersucker can mark easily but Weronika went to the warehouse and found me the right size without any marks and sent out straight away. Outstanding customer service
