I am an older customer and haven't bought a suit in 20 years. The sales person I dealt with, Samira Ghahremani, made the process very easy. She helped me navigate the changes in men's fashion to come up with a fresh, younger look, without giving the impression that I'm trying too hard. Thank you so much!

My associate is amazing. She is never overbearing, always helpful, takes the time to learn the style of each of my sons and helps them pick out great items. We aren't in town often but she remembers us and treats us fantastic.

Their online sale is terrible. Used it several times and on 2 occasions had my orders cancelled several days after payment. It took days before money is refunded. Of course there is no one you can contact for help. So frustrating. Amazon it ain't.

Wow! Unbelievable customer service by Ellie. We came in to find a suit for a wedding. Ellie was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. She knew exactly what she was doing. From the style of suit that fit my husbands build to taking alterations for the suit and dress shirts. Always great selection at this store however Ellie made our shopping experience exceptional!
