absolute trash

absolute trash. The first mower had a bad board. I had to fight with Wally for MONTHS then drive hours to the one poor SOB that would look at them. HE declared it a dead board and they sent me another one. I now had 2 batteries and 2 chargers. The batteries never left the chargers but are now stuck in a test loop. I got ANOTHER battery a day ago and charged it overnight, IT is now in a test loop no matter which charger I use

This has been the most UNPROFESSIONAL

This has been the most UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPRODUCTIVE, UNPROMPT customer service I've ever experienced. First I received a broken battery in a product I spent hundreds of dollars for. Then when I contact you, I am informed there is a back log but you will send me a battery when one becomes available. I wait, with not a single word from HART about a replacement being shipped. Then I ask about it again after a very long time hoping that maybe I had been forgotten about, buried under other service logs. Only to be told that YOUR records indicate I had one delivered. Well my personal inventory still has a broken battery that was never replaced with a functional one because I was never delivered a functional one. Not via a carrier service and certainly not by a HART representative either. Perhaps you did send one and it was sent to the wrong address or somehow never made it here, I don't know. The tools I have from you work well, but after this experience I am not intending on giving the company anymore money and I am going to warn everyone from using this brand as it is incredibly UNRELIABLE and the staff are less responsive than a coma patient.

No help at all customer support

I purchased a Hart backpack sprayer in December 2022, I registered sprayer along with taking a picture and sending a copy of the receipt to have on file. I didn’t use it until spring March 2023 by the end of 2023 season it stopped working, water was trickling out had no pressure, I contacted the warranty center and they replaced it no issues or problems because I had registered the product they had my receipt on file, I told them it may get used twice a year.
I started using my Hart sprayer about two weeks ago and it was working fine when I first filled it up and the pressure was very good, but when I went to refill it, it’s not working NO pressure contents is trickling out. I contacted the warranty/help center and they were NO help at all. They asked me for the receipt for a purchase in 2022. I told them it should be on file. I was then told I needed to contact another department because they couldn’t see that particular information on their screen but yet you could give me all of my personal details and the serial number of this sprayer, I asked how can you verify that I had received the replacement, but you can’t see the receipt. She started reading from a script, and when I asked questions not on her script, she couldn’t answer. I asked to talked with her supervisor, who started reading from the same script and couldn’t answer my questions, how do I get the sprayer fixed? Then I was asked where did I purchase the sprayer, I said Walmart I was told to get a receipt from Walmart. I asked how long do they keep receipts I was told 2 years, all I could say was REALLY! I said I have to run all over town trying to get a receipt that no longer exists. I sent you all a copy when I first register the sprayer. She started saying if I had the receipt then she could send me to a local place to get it fixed, again I said I sent you all the information and a copy of the receipt, how do you think I received a replacement that you verified that I received.
Not very pleased with product or customer service

Wouldn’t touch this company with barge pole

Wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole. Ordered a keter shed, thought at the time the price was too good to be true, less than half price of other sites, delivery in 2 -6 days . three weeks later and several emails asking for a delivery date and no response and no shed, have had to ask for a charge back on my card which has been successful.

Any KETER product that is cheap be aware!

This website I would beware as I was about to buy & it reminded me of another scam outdoorstorage.com which link you to carcraftgear.com both shopify! They took slot of my money . NOTE,
so when you click on this website it links you to other page -other items - which will be the link that gives you verification codes from poss another name or SHOP.
then the theft to take your money by you giving your bank details or Google pay
The address& email will be fraud yet if you persist they will say they have sent you the item but it will be a similar address with a tracking number.from some time ago please be careful.

AVOID A 20V HART TRIMMER

I PURCHASED A 20V HART TRIMMER AT LOWES LAST SUMMER 2025 AND USED IT ONCE. I TRIED TO USE IT AGAIN, MARCH 2026, BUT NEED TO RECHARGE THE BATTERY, AND DISCOVERED THAT IT WON'T CHARGE, WITH ERRORS SUGGESTING THAT IT'S NOW DEFECTIVE. I CALLED HART CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THE BATTERY SERIAL NUMBER INDICATES THAT THE BATTERY WAS MADE BACK IN 2020 (!) AND IS NOW OUT OF WARRANTY. SADLY, I DIDN'T KEEP MY PURCHASE RECEIPT (MY MISTAKE), SO I CAN'T PROVE THE PURCAHSE DATE. THE BATTERY IS NOW OUT OF PRODUCTION AND UNAVAILABLE.

THIS WILL BE MY LAST HART PURCHASE.

Full-time RV life can have its challenges but finding the right tool isnt one of them. Hart tools have been a life saver. They are budget friendly and they hold up better than any of the other brands. They are easy to find as there is a Wal-Mart just about everywhere and the selection is on point. Just purchased a Hart skillssaw today. Never going back to any other brand!

Do NOT buy Hart…

I can’t recommend more NOT to buy Hart Tools. Read the warrantee if you are considering buying from them.

My leaf blower didn’t last 6 months. In that time I used it maybe 8 times. The motor just stopped working. The price it would cost me to pay for return shipping is almost the price of a new unit. On top of that, there is NO return warrantee because they said the store I bought it from is not an authorized reseller?

Very disappointed with the quality, more disappointed with the customer service.

False advertising

Hart tools ad said 1 7/8 in hose and attachments on the shop vav and when I received it it was only 1 1/4 inch the people at Hart were no help said it was a company cleva they were no help either I purchased the vac thru Walmart. Com could only talk to call centers .

I recently bought 20V Multi-tool

I recently bought 20V Multi-tool. Upon testing battery, I noticed the speed/power selector was set to zero. Hence the motor was not engaging. At speed selected 1, it produced a pitch of "B natural". I started the song "Oh Christmas Tree". And used speed selection numbers 1-3-3-3, 4, 5-5-5, 5-4-5-6, 2, 4-3-3. Now my complaint is that #2 speed was a D. And it needed to be an Eb to be a correct pitch for this song. Please retool the speed so future weird musicians can play this song on this tool. Mo Merry Christmas!

Customer service is horrible..

Customer service is horrible... Been trying to get a battery replaced on my 3k+ riding lawnmower for about 4 months now...

The website doesn't work to leave messages, the call center never answers the phone, and the call center hours are horrible... It's apparent that hart donest know it's customers have jobs and actually work. They also don't have parts available for purchase at any given time the product you bought is probably out of production. Extremely poor service from the same company that builds some of the best tools in the industry, tti industries....

Bought a 20v Hart polesaw

Bought a 20v Hart polesaw. Stopped working the third time I used it when the cord in the middle section pulled apart. Hart has a nonexistent customer service department .
You can call and call and no one returns a call. Walmart just tells you to call Hart and won't let you return the item once it's been used. Polesaw was extremely top heavy and unbalanced but had good power.
Don't buy this product, even at a bargain price.

Ordered a power tool, was shipped unlabeled parts

I ordered an auger on labor day sale. It is displayed as a professionally packaged item you would find in a store.
I was shipped multiple boxes with no notification as to why. The first box was a hastily packaged auger bit that looked like it had picked up off a floor and boxed up by a child with coordination issues. It was in a plain brown box. No label, no sticker, no nothing, no company name - nothing. The 2nd box was a plain brown box with a manual in it. That's all I've received. I'm waiting to hear back from customer service. I just want what I paid for.
