Love my medium harvest right machine! I have a toddler so excited to be able to make healthy snacks for him and not go broke buying freeze dried fruits and yogurt drops when I can now make my own!

We had a terrific experience with Harvest Right. Our machine was delivered in perfect condition. Their customer service in determining which accessories we needed was excellent!

I received my freeze dryer in which was very easy to set up and register. We have 50 pounds of onions from our 2025 garden that were going to go bad. We chopped them, froze them, to keep them from rotting. Now, we are freeze drying them. We get a gallon and a quarter with each batch. Very easy and the dryer works great. Now, the onions have years left. We are now freeze drying meals. We cannot wait until fall when the garden comes in. This is a great product! Highly recommend.

I originally bought my Harvest Right freeze dryer as a fun side hobby to freeze dry candy and sell at my local Saturday markets. I had no idea just how much fun and how it would grow into something so much more.

One of the biggest things that I love is the control it gives me over what my family eats. I get to choose the ingredients which means no unnecessary preservatives and no added junk or mystery fillers. It really comes down to “quality in quality out,” and you can absolutely taste the difference between store bought and home freeze dried.

What started as candy quickly turned into so much more. I freeze dry our meals and snacks. It’s made life at home and our camping trips easier. Having shelf stable food ready to go has been a game changer for me and my family.

Then the tech support. When it is needed their tech support is outstanding. When I needed help. My tech was genuinely polite and knowledgeable. It makes a big difference when you have any issues with your machine.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier. It’s one of those purchases that keeps proving its value over and over again. It’s already paid for itself!

My HarvestRight XL dryer & oil-free pump does a great job freeze drying my products to perfection. But just as important for me is the service the company provides if you need help. In fact, I never dealt with a company that stands behind their products like HarvestRight. they will go to extraordinary measures to make sure all is okay. I will be buying more of their excellent freeze dryers for my business

I purchased a med harvest right dryer.
I have completed 2 batches of fruit with this . I needed to call customer support for a little clairfication .
They were very helpful and my 2 batches turned out great!

Do not buy this if you do not have mechanical abilities. I have multiple freeze dryers from Harvest Right.
The pumps routinely have to be taken apart and cleaned. There is no in home service. When something breaks, I have to send them logs, they ship me the part and I have to install it. Or I have to ship the entire thing back (and pay for shipping if it is out of warranty). Customer service is via scheduled phone calls or emails, and they will close tickets within 24 hors if you do not respond

I purchased my large freeze dryer in early January, but I only recently started experimenting with it. Getting started was a little challenging because I didn’t take the time to read the entire manual first. Fortunately, the customer care team was extremely helpful. They walked me through fixing the issue and helped me successfully complete my first batch. They stayed with me until everything was working properly and we confirmed the problem was user error, not the machine. Since then, I’ve been using it regularly with no issues at all. I’ve tried freeze-drying several types of fruit and shared them with my coworkers, and they all said it was the best freeze‑dried fruit they’ve ever had.

Bought a few weeks ago works excellent, works amazingly. Also came with a bunch of accessories. Function and performance are excellent and made from high quality materials

I love my HR freeze dryer! I am able to preserve so much out of my garden and prepare easy meals for our camping trips. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is I have had several I issues with the vacuum apparatus BUT that being said, the customer service and Tech teams are top notch and have been very easy to work with getting thing up and running again. If it's something you are thinking about, I highly recommend the inveatment!

We had a hiccup in the beginning but the technicians helped us get it figured out. The machine is easy to use and the results are awesome. We love our harvest right freeze dryer.

One of the best investments I’ve ever made! I am able to extend the life of the things I grow in my garden as well as save space on storage by creating powders of my favorite fruits and veggies! It made my last banana harvest a breeze. Instead of worrying about eating all the fruit before it spoiled, I have bags and bags of freeze dried banana slices for everything from a cereal topper to smoothie making. Having fresh fruit and veggies that are shelf stable is incredible! Maybe even sweeter is the freeze dried candies and ice cream. the possibilities are honestly endless.

Love my HarvestRight freeze dryer! Easy to use. Great results! Small enough for the kitchen yet large enough to do a good amount of food

I received my Harvest Right medium 5 tray freeze dryer in December 2025. So far everything I've freeze dried has come out very well. I'm happy that I finally decided to get it. Very easy to operate if you read the directions and if you have any questions or concerns, you can reach out on FB by joining a Harvest Right group. Everyone is very helpful. I'm enjoying my freeze dryer immensely and it's the perfect size for my family of 3.

At first, my freeze dryer would not vacuum seal properly. It took quite a while dealing with customer service before I got someone who could help me. Once I received that help everything was great.

I love my medium freeze drier. I wish I would have purchased it sooner!
