Gray

The sales assistant, Gray that helped me was great, very informative and helpful. She was bubbly and not over bearing and went above and beyond beyond to try and find the item in the stock room, unfortunately the information on screen was incorrect.

Superb customer service support from…

Superb customer service support from Hamza who advised and sold the product. Then followed up with tech support from Jake. Their patience and knowledge was superb and professionalism was excellent. They both went above and beyond to ensure our product was set up and working correctly. Would not hesitate to recommend - the store is first class full of state of the art product. Highly recommend.

I was assisted by Lana in store and she was very caring and helpful. We had a lovely conversation whilst going through my creation buy now pay later option and she gave excellent service!

This is my 5th visit as I always come to Harvey Norman’s - the Staff are always super helpful and cheerful :)

Lovely shopping experience

The staff were all friendly and helpful and freely gave advice about the best product for our needs without being overly pushy. We were kept up to date with the status of our order. The tech team were very patient as they set up and explained to us how to use our new technology.
A lovely shopping experience. Would recommend a visit.

Excellent customer service

We were served by Gary and Melissa really helpful and knowledgeable it was my first purchase of a smart phone. I was talked through the various options and even put my simm into a display phone to show how easy it was. My wife also purchased a new smart watch again nothing was too much trouble and no sales pressure. Most pleasant experience.

Hi there went in to the Harvey Narman…

Hi there went in to the Harvey Narman store in merry hill we were greeted by Gary from tech and under no pressure he gave us valuable information about the goods we we’re interested in we were at ease with him a Excellent sales man nice guy cheers Gary. Great price, fast delivery

I was looking for a new simple all in one printer that wasn't wireless and didn't need to be permanently connected to the internet for subscription ink. Narrowed it down to a particular Canon printer, quick internet search for best price ended up on the Harvey Norman website. Surprised me a bit, I had bought stuff from one of their stores in Auckland while visiting NZ back in 2018. Staff in store there were really good, nice to see that the Company were now present in the UK. Reasonable delivery charge so ordered the printer (on a Bank Holiday Monday no less!) and it was delivered to my address by Wednesday. Lightning fast service, the printer including delivery was £10 cheaper than Amazon. Doesn't get much better than that, printer's now installed and worked straight out of the box after simple set up. Happy to recommend Harvey Norman for price and fast delivery service.

Great customer service

We were looking for a particular brand of mobile phone and the manufacturer advised Harvey Norman were stockists. Before making the 40 min car journey I rang and got through to Thomas who confirmed they were in stock and there was one on display we could look at in detail. On arrival another assistant took us to the phone and then Thomas came out to help. We were able to have a good look at the phone and decided to purchase. He advised that we could have it set up in store ( we declined) and we were delighted with the service from Thomas. The lady who took our payment checked where we had parked and gave us a code for free parking. Our first visit to Harvey Norman and we were very impressed.

Apologie to Harvey Norman!
I previously posted a ‘not too great review’ after purchasing a Dyson cordless vacuum because I saw it elsewhere substantially cheaper. Turns out I (unintentionally) wasn’t comparing like for like, which obviously isn’t fair. They were very nice to deal with so couldn’t leave things the way they were.
