Don't buy any electric bed from there,you will be in trouble.we really fed up,I am speechless,no words.how much we suffered with the electric bed which we bought,it never works.
We informed the shop, repairer came,not resolved.
Now they want me to pay extra to get another same kind of bed,
I don't know how will I solve,the bed was very heavy,we hold it for many time to help repairer,tired now.

Im regular customer in Harvey Norman ,all home equipment is high quality no issues ,staff is always very nice and helpful ,honestly I love this shop and highly recommend.

I had ordered a different bed and was originally informed that it was on back order, then i get a call to say it’s actually out of stock. SO WHY SELL IN THE FIRST ONE ON THE WEBSITE?!? then they deliver the bed and the mattress is no where to be seen! they tell the person who signed for the delivery that it was out of stock and then i find out it was never shipped from the warehouse, i have now been left for over a week with no bed because of their poor coordination and service. i also am still waiting for parts of my delivery that could’ve been sent by dpd. i am extremely disappointed and will most likely never shop for furniture again with Harvey Norman.

The guys arrived when they said they would! Very nice Guys. Saw gate closed. Phoned me. Guessed there was a dog. Didn’t want to let him out.

Driver called early in the day with window of time of arrival.
Gave driver directions on where to leave the delivery as I was not at home at time of delivery.
Upon returning home found the item where I requested/ instructed it be placed safely and securely.

Harvey Norman has the best customer service ever! Quick replies, updates, polite dealing with issues if any, deliveries are always on time. A super king bed was delivered yesterday and it was quite a challenge to bring the mattress upstairs. Guys brought everything upstairs, assembled the bed in just 20 minutes.
Harvey Norman is always my first choice when shopping for furniture or electronics.

Service, fast and good

King size bed and mattress delivery to an apartment building. There is a lift but certainly not as easy as a house delivery. The delivery guys were courteous and professional and learning it was their 1st week, father&son team. I have to say I was impressed by them. Introduced themselves 1st off and made the process easy, for me at least. Worth every penny of delivery and assembly service cost. Took away all the rubbish too. These lads did a great job. Literally the only slight criticism is I was sent a text to say they would tell me a time they’d call but only received a call to say they were outside. But overall very happy with the service.
Eugene who sold me the bed and mattress I can’t recommend highly enough. An absolute gent. Personable and knowledgeable. Down to earth, didn’t give the hard sell but still got the sale. His manager however, much younger, grey shirt, I found him to be unprofessional or just not clued in to retail sales, Eugene was clearly getting a sale. He kept calling Eugene who remained professional. I eventually waved from a laying down position to indicate he’s busy with a customer. Manager came off as rude if I’m being honest but my experience with Eugene, I’ve already recommended him to a friend of mine.
