Bought a pair of Sony ULT-wear headphones here in 2025. They broke 14 months later due to a recognised defect (on the Sony website). However neither Harvey Norman or Sony will help me as it’s out of warranty and Sony do not categorise my pair of headphones as benefiting from the free repair scheme as the serial number is not within their range to benefit - even though the exact defect described is what has happened to the headphones. While the people I dealt with were friendly, I feel really let down as a consumer as I expected something this expensive to last longer than a measly 14 months. I think Harvey Norman should offer better quality products. I have said the same to Sony, but no one will help me with what is recognised as a faulty product, without charging me for it.

We had a great experience. The seller Bibin was very helpful in advising us the best computers for our needs. He looked precisely at which ones were best for the programmes I use. He was also very patient for we were hesitating between a few. We're very happy in the end with the computer we bought and we'll come back to Harvey Norman.

Had an iPad issue. Very helpful young Ukrainian man (Hliem?) was very good, explained options, clear about cost, and didn’t give guarantees about possibility of a fix. I ended up both getting it fix and also buying a new iPad. Explained everything very patiently.

Delivery and assembly

We had a great experience from start to finish. A special thank you to Brendan and Utmaiziv, who delivered and assembled our new dining table. They were professional, friendly and extremely efficient.

Communication before the delivery was excellent. We received a phone call about an hour beforehand, followed by a text confirming their arrival time, which was really appreciated.

They took great care bringing everything into the house, assembled the table perfectly, and made sure everything was positioned exactly where we wanted it. They were courteous, tidy and happy to answer our questions before leaving.

I’m useless with technology so I was delighted that Harvey Norman offer the service to set up my new video bell
