Very professional and polite delivery men who managed the difficult task of getting a superking mattress up awkward stairs with 2 bends. Efficient and the quality of service left me feeling really positive.

Ordered online and got item within two hours which was great. Some staff were very helpful while others were not, I think it's a hit and miss depending on whose working.

Excellent, Damien rang me in the morning with a time for delivery, they actually arrived early but unfortunately I was out & they were nice enough to wait for me to return. Two very nice professional lads that removed my old unit & installed my new fridge freezer.

Good communication and cheerfulness
Delivery driver contacted me prior to delivery. On the day, access to my road was difficult so he put my 65” TV on a trolley and wheeled it down my street and carried it into the house, down 8 steps to my kitchen, without a grumble! His can-do attitude and cheerfulness was refreshing! Thank you.

The nutgrove store is very welcoming and every staff member I met was extremely helpful and friendly. I got all the information on the tv i needed and when it will be in stock. I then ordered online click and collect as I couldnt get there over the weekend. So simple and quick to collect.
