Long delay in item delivery
I ordered one item on 31st Jan. Called on 12th Feb and told there had been a mistake with the order and it would be ready by 19th Feb. Got email on 14th Feb to say it was ready for collection. When i showed up was told it would not be ready til end of week. Disappointed as i ordered it as a gift and didnt have it on time for them.

I had a very positive experience purchasing my mobile phones from Harvey Norman online and using their free Click & Collect service. The website was easy to use, with clear pricing and product details. My order was ready for collection quickly, and pickup at the store was straightforward and efficient. I had paid €99 to have the A team sent…
I had paid €99 to have the A team sent out to take off the doors as the B team said they could not get the fridge through my garden gate.
The A team turned up on time and said there's no need to take off the doors. It'll fit through no problem if we lift it up a bit.
So the A team turned out to be the A+++ team. The B team, well let's not go there.
Three cheers for the A+++ team. Great lads.
