Brought car in January 2024 no problems with car but we also purchased the special offer on the warranty 12 months for the price of 6, which we are still waiting for, reported to trading standards and waiting next steps Avoid this dealer
Avoid at all costs!
We paid a £300 deposit for a car from this company but the car was in the garage for a couple of issues. We received very little communication and started feeling really uneasy about the whole thing. After 2 weeks the issues were still not sorted out so we asked for a refund. The company have stopped replying to my husband's messages so we have now contacted citizens advice and auto trader as the car was advertised on their site. Avoid at all costs! Very very poor service and will obviously steal your money!
dont buy off this company
dont buy off this company had trouble with car on way home did not even send log book to me paid him tax need to go to small claims court
Shocking to say the least
The behaviour of this person is as though he has discovered gold. He doesn't wanna answer questions and has zero customer service ability. Thinks people will just turn up and buy "used" cars from him without inquiring about the cars first and knowing all there is to know about the cars first. What a silly behaviour. Maybe he needs to remember that he is a "used cars salesman: and act accordingly. Zero stars!!!!
1 day later there was a problem with the car - No answer
I bought a BMW 740Lx xDrive from this garage on 26.01.2023 (£30.000 gbp). I reached my house about 2 hours after I bought the car and there was no problem until then. When I went to the car in the morning, I noticed that the left rear suspension was not working. When I sent the guy the pictures and called back, he just said no problem while I had the car. And he didn't care in any way.
Maybe I'm wrong so I went to a BMW specialist and get confirmation of the problem. And when I sent these documents to the man, he shouted and hung up.
Today is the 12th day since I bought the car and I can't use the car, it is waiting in front of my house.
If there is a problem with the car, he will never help you and will be rude.
This will not end here, don't worry, no matter how much it costs, I will go to court and teach you(rude guy) a lesson.
