Because of a mistake of the transport company the good was sent back to seller. But the seller has been so kind to send me the wanted good once more without additional charge.

Customer service is next to none. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size and they were so helpful with sending me the correct size. Bras are beautifully comfortable.

When questioned told i could pay £6 postal for another.
When I told them I wouldn't spend another penny on a cheap flimsy bra they said they'd send me another for free if i gave them a 5* rating... don't waste your money, another fake site of exceptionally poor quality

I cancelled my order immediately after I ordered it as found reviews so bad and found item far far cheaper on amazon with free delivery. It took So many emails and weeks to get a refund and before I even got refund they sent me this link and asked me to write a 5 star review! 1 star for finally issuing refund!

I ordered two ornamental whisky decanters. One broke in transit. I emailed Hatme with photos and received a replacement without quibble. 5 stars not only for the items, but also for Hatme Customer Services. I would definitely buy from them again.

I ordered the wrong size and colour for my wife. I would say that they were a very good quality.
When I contacted customer service it was not a problem for them to reorder.
They were extremely helpful and I would have no hesitation is dealing with this company again. I would recommend them to anyone.

The customer service responded promptly to my immediate cancellation and after offering many deals to continue with the purchase they promised to pay a refund for the purchase price. In any case, the 5 stars are given for the friendly feedback.

I would like to add to my review that the full refund of the purchase price was credited to my account after just one week! So the 5 stars are rightful.
