The prices as advertised in the Facebook were in S$- Singapore dollars. However, I was surprised to see that I was billed in US$- US dollars. This is not right. If the hats are to be sold at US$ then the viewers/ buyers should be told upfront . I am not happy and feels cheated.

Very poor Chinese copy of original Panama thought I was buying from American company very misleading it came a damaged try to get my money back now I have to pay to postage to return it after paying delivery costs
the guarantee isn't worth the paper

A nice collection of hats to review. While many had multiple pictures, it is hard to choose a hat online. More direct pictures of the hat being worn is helpful. It seems the pictures are more about appealing with a sexy model versus the true look of the hat.
I look forward to getting the hat to determine if the pictures and information provided was ample to confirm how I think the hat should look.

Brim was described as 3.3"-3.9", it was 2.5"
Also quality is NOT what is pictured.

This wasn't the first time that i ordered products. Although, the first purchase, i chose the Billy Jack and when it arrived, it had a generic band and was NOT what was pictured.
I hope my items this time are what was pictured.

Ordered a gorgeous red tophat all the way from China to South Africa (after it repeatedly appeared on my FB timeline). After months of anticipation the ugliest hat arrive... wrong colour, wrong style hat, bad quality hat, and there is not a thing I can do about it! Dont waste your money!

I like the styles available. There are many different hats and styles to choose from. I appreciate the guide regarding how to measure your head- and the products are shipped rather quickly.

Easy website to use. Good selection.

I liked the product selection but the sizing charts were not the same, there were 2 charts and they were a little different which makes me hope I ordered the right size.
