Terrible company. Hat came after 17 days in bad shape. The hat was a joke, bad materials, not the correct size for an XL as ordered. Returning it is very expensive. Do not do business with them.

This is a total scam. The information on that hat was Scottish wool and made in the USA. Received the hat today. It is made in China. As for Scottish wool, ya' right, all written in Chinese.

How about packing your merchandise properly?
Seems to me your products are fine, but you treat and pack your items like garbage. A nice, affordable item destroyed by poor packaging. 50 US$ in the bin last night. Promised to include a small gift, however that must be the box it came in.

wrong color and crushed advertised as hemp it was plastic. returns have to be sent to China. I was offered just 10% refund for a hat that was the wrong color, the wrong material and crushed. this place sells junk. Stay away!!!

I ordered an 8 panel wool scally hat. They sent a hat that looked nothing like what I ordered and it was a completely different color, pattern and style. It was cheaply made.

I would give a negative rating if possible. I ordered a hat from this company. They sent me the wrong hat. This hat was totally not what I requested. Really I hated this hat. Through email, back and forth they refused to replace the hat. I could return it for a refund but I would have to pay shipping. They would reduce the price by 25% after many emails. They also told me I could throw it away if I wanted to still with tops 25% refund.
I strongly recommend that NO ONE ever buy from this company. They are very dishonest people. They claim customer satisfaction is their goal, however due to my experience they do not give a damn about customers.
One very important note is what they claim to sell. In the communication I had with them the agent told me they sent a similar product to me because when he checked the factory they were not going to make the hat I ordered. So, the website and everything advertised the hat I ordered as hand made in Ecuador since it was a Panama hat. They are selling forged, fake hats claiming them to be authentic. In conclusion this company and its employees are thieves. Do not spend one cent for their products.

Took an entire month to wait. Made a lot of inquiries and was sent invalid tracking numbers. Requested a full refund, but they stalled. Finally reported this to my bank, showed them the order and received credit back. Finally, the "order" arrived, but it was the WRONG COLOR AND STYLE!!

Easy process for ordering

This company took my order for three hats that cost me 127.00. and when I received my package I got three of the cheapest hats I have ever seen they look like temu specials. Low quality and nothing like I ordered. It a shame we live in a financially hard enough society and all company's and people want to do is take advantage of people and lie. Let me ask you a question what if I sold you a Corvette and shipped you a Volkswagen. Do not trust anything you see on this sight. It will not be what you get. And my hats were supposed to be sent to me from hats fashion instead I get a package from random Joe in California. I hope this review helps another person and this false company is shutdown. If we don't buy from companies like this they cannot exist and survive. Thank you and God bless all the hard working people of the world. And all you scammers and lazy folks you know where your going and you will get there soon enough.

first they sended to me right hat and now i regret i gave to them five stars ! second order was completely wrong and they don’t answered to me quickly like they did before the first order ! they showed to me disrespectful !

the hat i ordered and recived is more than i was expected. the time i recived, comunication with stuff of this saler, and QUALITY, all this was superlatively ! Than you ! Today i made other order ! :) I am sorry i cant out a picture here, me wearing this beautiful hat.

Wouldn’t return emails finely after threatening a dispute with PayPal they are trying to negotiate a refund price absolutely ridiculous!!!! Don’t waste your money or time with these idiots

Had what I was looking for, and at a very good price! Easy check out.

They shipped the wrong product and it was damaged during delivery. The lightweight box with a lightweight hat was easily crushed (bad packaging). I sent pictures and received a reply from customer service that my only options were to keep the hat and get a 10% discount or pay the shipping myself back to China which would cost more than what I paid for the hat. Shady company. Do not trust them. You might get lucky and get a cheap product or not.
