1. The order page was very difficult to us. I was ordering one each of 4 different caps. It kept changing the order quantity. It also kept changing the cap size. At my hat size being 59cm my hat size is large- it kept changing my size to"s". In addition I sent an email to ask a question regarding this problem- My response was "You can be sure the correct size will be sent". I expected a response regarding the difficulties I experienced- no such response. In addition I see numerous pictures of caps (newsboys, Apple Jacks, etc. whereas the person in the photo is also wearing a matching scarf around their neck. Is there a place where the scarfs can be purchased?

I ordered a cowboy hat from this company what I received was utterly disgusting, cheap felt was used it looked nothing like I ordered it was supposed to have a genuine silk lining but didn’t, they offered me a $5 dollar refund this hat cost me £85.00. To send it back would have cost more than it’s worth so please don’t be scammed by this company

Avoid this company scam!!! Placed order early December still not received, asked for tracking number they sent random number that came through in Chinese, asked them to provide English, replied they on vacation, now they saying due to bad weather it's delayed, asked for refund getting no where!!

I bought 2 hats
Very disappointed with them both. Both looking cheap and nasty.Both had ribbon draw strings for adjustment to fit my head.I know they didn’t cost much. But they looked nothing like advertisement. Thought they were from the USA but was from China. No tags on either hats.
Asked for a refund they said I could keep the hats and they would send a $10 partial refund. Or if I returned them I was to expect high postage costs.
I am not a very happy customer,and will never buy from them again.

I had some difficulties with my CC. I even thought it could some kind of scheme that made my bank refuses the payment, but then I went through PP and transaction went good.

UPDATE...I finally received the hat. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! It didn't look anything like the photo. In fact, I think it was a toy hat! Contacted the company and got the same results as everyone with negative reviews. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

The items your order are not the same as the images on their website! They are poor quality, they are the wrong items and you will NEVER BE ABLE TO GET A REFUND!

I recently purchased a Panama hat from a website that turned out to be a scam. At first, I was excited because the price was unbeatable, and the pictures looked great. However, when the hat finally arrived, it was nothing like what was advertised. The quality was poor, and it didn't resemble the stylish design I had expected. I tried contacting customer service, but there was no response. I regret not doing more research before buying. Lesson learned: always check reviews and verify the legitimacy of online stores before making a purchase!

This company is a scam,🤬 I ordered 2 hats for $65 after promotion coupon. They're not the correct size, they're smashed and poorly made. I contacted hat fashion through email. I didn't get a response for a 4 days. Finally after sending a few emails asking for a refund, I got a response saying I need to keep the hats and they'll refund me $5. After I didn't agree and ask for a full refund, I get a email 4 days later saying, the person is on vacation and I needed to be patiented and they're only going to refund me $15 and not to return the hats back to the company. After going back and forth with the company for days, I realized I'm not getting anywhere. So if you're looking to buy quality hats and products, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!
