I went to Regency Jewels to buy an engagement ring. Mitchell was really helpful and knowledgeable I would not hesitate to recommend them as the service was fantastic with no hard sell. My finance went to get it resized and she came back smiling and extremely happy with the service

I recently took my diamond engagement ring into Hatton Garden Diamonds, to see if they could help alter my setting slightly.

From the moment I started speaking to them they were friendly, responsive and hugely knowledgeable about rings. During my initial consultation, I think I was slightly difficult because I didn't really know what I wanted! The team took the time to talk through different options and suggest solutions that sounded like it may fit.

I got my ring back yesterday and WOW I could not be more delighted. The quality of the setting is better than anything I could have imagined, which is even more impressive given my very vague instructions I gave them around what I wanted!

I couldn't recommend the team more - you can tell they genuinely care about their customers and jewellery and dealing with them has been a delight from start to finish.

Regency Jewels have provided myself and my partner great service. When we initially went in I was very unsure about what I wanted and then Steve brought out a few options one which he said ‘this isn’t what you asked for but I think you might like it’ and it ended up being the ring I chose. The rest of the team (Mitchel and others) were also very helpful when it came to re-sizing, jewel tightening and arranging our wedding bands. Great services and a breath of fresh air during a very difficult year.

I am still speechless looking at, and know Mitchell and his team spent valuable time with my fiancee discussing all the details (as it's a vintage inspired ring) from the initial design process, right through to the final resizing, making sure it was perfect. You have literally been the BEST . I went to Mitch at the beginning when my boyfriend had told me just to have a quick look and let him know roughly what I like. Mitch totally understood what I wanted without being able to specifically show him .
