Regency Jewels are a fantastic family business that I cannot rate highly enough. When deciding to upgrade the diamond on my fiancée’s engagement ring they did an absolutely amazing job. The quality of the work was superb, and the new diamond worked beautifully in the setting. We are both so happy with the outcome, and Mitchell was so helpful. Thank you so much to all of you at Regency for helping us take the next step forward in our lives!

Regency was the first shop I visited in Hatton Gardens and it was a perfect start. Mitch was amazingly helpful and showed me a number of fantastic options. One diamond caught my eye and it was fantastic! I followed up with some more online research and visited a few more stores, but nothing compared. I’d recommend Regency for anyone looking for honest advice on engagement ring buying. The fact it’s family run as well makes it even better. I finally purchased a ring and she said yes! Couldn’t be happier.

I started off by coming across them online and finding excellent reviews I emailed them detailing what I was looking for, and received a very prompt response with all the details requested, they even took my number so they could send videos over of potential rings.
Nothing was to much trouble for Mitchell, there was no pushy sales talk he genuinely wanted to help me find the ring I wanted at the specification and budget!
The after sales support has also been second to none with the ring being a little big it was no effort at all to pop back in and arrange for the ring to be re sized!
We will definitely be heading back for our wedding rings!

A truly personal jewellers. The customer service is fantastic, I went to buy a custom engagement ring on a Friday afternoon and it was ready to collect by the following Monday. They helped me choose the band style, and the actual diamond.

The standard service includes free ring resizings and an annaul clean and re-evaluation, what more could you ask for?

Just WOW. Big thanks to everyone. Getting my engagement ring was different, I knew at some point my boyfriend was going to propose, so I started looking at diamonds and educating myself. I wanted the perfect ring! I went into large brand jewellery stores and the price was ridiculous. So then I started to look online, and had read that "brick and mortar" shops overprice the diamonds. So online was my best bet. While I was online, I decided to see if I can see anything online at Hatton Garden, as my mum kept on recommending me to go there before purchasing online. This is what lead me to the best jewellery shop ever! I cant begin to explain how genuine they were, I felt like I was speaking to my family. The quality of the diamonds were crazy! Online a vs2 diamond had so many inclusions in it, you could see it on the GIA report as black dots. The GIA report for my ring hardly has a single inclusion, apart from the tiniest mark that looks like a hair line, and is covered on the side. The price? They were very well priced for what I got... We didn't even bother going anywhere else in Hatton Garden, he paid on the same day and I waited for the proposal. Now the proposal has happened I cant stop getting compliments on my ring. The diamond is so icey and bright. I was walking home the other evening and looked down and it was like I had switched a light on my hand, it was so bright and sparkly. It is so lively and is getting a lot of attention. It is clear that they only source the best diamonds, and use their expertise to decide what they bring in. A diamond may be GIA, but that doesn't mean its going to be perfect, even if all the factors are the same. You have to go and look at it and fall in Love, and for such a good price, why not? Keep on spending time on the website Mitchell, it definitely lured in a sceptic who was sold on only purchasing online. I'm glad I came to you and didn't make a mistake. Also I cant stop looking at my hand and its irritating everyone as I cant focus on anything else but the ring, my fiancé keeps on making cricket sounds every time he tries to make conversation and I accidently blank him. It is sooo pretty, thank you!!!! Cant wait to come in for my wedding band :)
