Firstly I would like to say a massive thank you to Mitchel, Gemma and Dad for the service they have offered us / me.

It very rare when you instantly feel a connection but in this case it’s three fold as the whole family team I met I felt were honest and just nice friendly people.

Knowledge is outstanding and they just go above and beyond to satisfy us as customers. I had an exquisite engagement ring completed and met my estimations and more.

We as couple were so thrilled with results our wedding bands / necklace and a one of kind bracelet was purchased too.

But that’s just the business side and in my opinion that’s not as important as the way this operation is run with comfort the key.

There is no pressure approach with a wealth of knowledge and I can honestly truly say I recommend these guys wholeheartedly for any jewellery needs!

My fiance and I booked an appointment with Mitchell, we were early so decided to pop into another shop which we regret doing as was a told waste of time. From the outset of our appointment Mitchell was professional and listened intently to what we were looking for. I let him and my fiance create what can only be described as the perfect engagement ring. We returned and bought our wedding rings and dealt with Gemma who was like her brother enthusiastic and friendly, we got our rings made to exactly match my enagegement ring and all completed within 2 weeks. On our third visit we decided we needed 2 more special items for our wedding day, we were greeted by the 3 friendly musketeers, being Mitchell, Gemma and their father, what can I say we left two happy customers with a gorgeous diamond tennis bracelet and a diamond Cross.. Money well spent. What we loved was the fact they were not pushy or looking for a fast sale, they were genuine people and honest. Their jewelery and eye for detail is outstanding. What a great family business we shall definitely be returning and cannot wait to see what new items they have in store. Thanks guys.

I was initially skeptical about remaking and updating a special piece of jewelry but after consulting with Gemma, I really felt that she understood my design needs and I’m delighted with my necklace. Her professionalism and knowledge throughout the process was fantastic; she was patient, she understood exactly what I wanted and she offered alternatives to fit my budget.
I don’t live in the UK so I’m thrilled that I can now shop online; I recently bought a bracelet and received the same level of professionalism online that I enjoyed in store.

As a sleep deprived mum, having visited almost every shop in Hatton Garden, I was beginning to feel as though I was shopping in Marrakech! One place even wanted me to buy the ring before they went to get the documents for it 🤦🏻‍♀️. I looked into Regency and they were all with customers. Naturally I had to see what made them so popular!
I was welcomed and guided through the different options in the style I wanted. Having listened to all my wants and needs, Gemma explained the different bands and settings and was incredibly patient. She’s incredible because she was able to guide a really grumpy me into the right direction! She had a clear understanding of my needs even if at times I flittered from one idea to another. I had to double check with another ring I liked in a different shop. What brought me back to Regency Jewells was the couldn’t do more for you professionalism but also the fact I got more for my money with them. I get the feeling it’s not all about the money for them, they really just want you to leave with a ring you love. Thank you Gemma and the family.

I went to Hatton Gardens to sell some gold, but I didn’t know where to go. I walked past every shop before stepping to Dynasty. There was something very welcoming about it that drew me in above all the other store on the street. We were welcomed by a lovely young gentleman Marcus and the owner Stephen Perry. They made us feel at home and while providing us the information we needed. We throughly enjoyed our time there. They are certainly experts in their field and would recommend anyone to visit all three stores of Hatton Garden Diamond if they want great jewellery, great services and an enjoyable time.

Steve and Mitchell were excellent from start to finish. Knowledgeable and helpful without any heavy sales pressure. Having our ring resized was done right on time and we are both so pleased with the result. I cannot praise these people and their business highly enough 👍👍

Gemma Mamo Is a diamond dealer who knows her stuff, I wouldn’t trust anyone else, Gemma sourced my diamond and it’s cut, clarity and grade is incredible value for money. I whole heartedly recommend Regency Jewels, a family business with an old fashioned sense of honour and pride. If you want something special call Gemma Mamo.

I had been to a number of shops in search of an engagement ring, but once I came to talk to Mitchell I knew that I would be buying the ring from him. Mitchell was extremely helpful, patient and provided an amazing service from start to finish. The quality of ring and diamond was amazing and my fiancé absolutely loved it (as did all the people we have shown the ring to!). We will definitely be going back for our wedding rings and other jewellery.

Well where can I start .. Mitchell is the absolute man and he knows his stuff. I went to him to help me find an engagement ring and he’s done the best job ever. I was so indecisive messaging / phone calling him at random times and he didn’t moan one bit ( sorry for that mate haha ) We will defiantly be coming here to get our wedding bands.
