I purchased Twisted Terps – Dual Chamber Vape – 8000mg THC from Haute Health. The sale price online shows $92.00. So why the hell was I charged the regular price of $200.00!? I have sent several emails and not a single response. Haute Health owes me $118.00 plus taxes.

I cannot accept the fact that you are deliberately ignoring all of my previous emails. This behavior is disrespectful, irresponsible, and absolutely unacceptable in any professional setting.

Your prolonged silence only reinforces the suspicion that this project is not transparent and potentially fraudulent. If you have nothing to hide, then there is no justification for refusing to respond.

I am demanding a clear and immediate reply. If no response is provided promptly, I will consider this a deliberate act of fraud and will proceed to publicly warn the community as well as report this matter to the relevant authorities.

Do not continue destroying your reputation through silence. You must prove the legitimacy and credibility of this project – and you must do it right now.

These guys are #1 they have an amazing line up of concentrate . I’ve had 1 major hiccup and it was dealt with fast and very professionally. Sure customer service is a little slow but I am sure I’m not the only one that they are dealing with ! People got to have some patience. It’s not a big box store.

Customer Service with this company is terrible. There is no
phone number to contact company if the customer experiences
issues, which I now see why a phone number isn't available, they refuse to address the issues

After making an almost $400 order and paying additional $40 for expedited shipping this company refused to solve the situation with my missing package.

It took weeks of emails to the company for them never to offer any solution to the missing package. They refused to send another package, refused a refund for the product or shipping rate

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! Their website conveniently has no telephone contact number, and they stop responding to emails and chats…
There was a problem with the shipper they used, and instead of transferring the shipping to Purolator to deliver the last 75km, they told the shipper that they could wait to deliver until after Christmas (a month after I paid for my order of almost $500)…. This company does not give a crap about it customers or customer service….
Whenever I finally receive my order I just hope the products are as good as advertised… With how bad their service is I am skeptical on the quality… Buyer beware….

I ordered a bunch of different things from them. I got my stuff, and was very disappointed. The flower looked like shake, I had 3 different types of hash which labelled different but look touch and taste the same. Unless it was an expensive product, the budget line is basically crap. It was all on sale which was easy to see why. When I messaged them I had to send pics, and they offered me a credit of $24 not even half of what the ounce cost. Assured me that the hash was all different when it really wasn’t. Very disappointed.

They have gone down hill since I started using them 4 years ago. They don't have any really good offers for flower above aa grade. They don't offer anything for your birthday, they message you back after you message them 2 or 3 times. 4 years ago they cared for their customers satisfaction and used to even send extras in packages just for being a loyal customer. I used to buy off them every month or twice a month. Nowadays they are my last resort IF they have flower in stock. Most strains are always out of stock. Only silver lining to this store in 2024 is some weeks you'll find inexpensive hashish and sometimes delivery won't take 5 days or more. I'm sad to see this company become like most and just care for the amount of customers they have not the quality of customers they used to have.

Ordered from haute health for the first time last week, and I’m blown away so far. Got upgraded to 2-day shipping, and they threw in a couple extra goodie bags for first time ordering & ordering over $150 (thanks guys, that was really sweet of you!! 😘). Love their live resins and Terp sauce, and can’t wait to try the wax and shatter next. The quality of the Pineapple Express live resin was outstanding!! This is definitely my new favorite MOM. ❤️ And their prices can’t be beat anywhere else I’ve found yet.

had an issue with an order 3 months ago where I got nothing but garbage from them and I did a review for that. For some reason, they reached out 3 months after they didn't help the first time and just stopped responding to me.
Seems like they just wanted to remind me how awful these people are as all they did was ask me for pictures of product that's long gone and I had already provided the first time they didn't help me. They just wanted to bring up old stuff, create stress and anxiety where there wasn't any anymore, and then not help and just stop responding again.

I've been buying from them for the last 4 yrs and for the most part it's been awesome. Their pre-rolls are hit and miss. I got some shakes a free gift once and it was more smoke able then the pre-rolls. I find them really dry, almost dust and packed so tight I had to re-roll 17 of 20 of the AK47 I received. Better off sticking to buds you can grind yourself. I will say that their support is fantastic and if you contact them about any problems they are more than happy to fix them as best they can. All in all a solid 4 out of5

I bought a quarter pound of banana trail mix flower from Haute Health, it was BEYOND SMALLS with no mention of smalls. This is not acceptable for me, I love the optical stimulation good marijuana gives me and did not get this from the main part of my order obviously this is not my first time encountering this type of consumerism but the fact that Haute Health has products that are called small buds in their name including one of the gifts Nightmare Cookies AAA small buds flower which is bigger than the banana trail mix flower only makes my outrage over this kind of consumerism greater.

I stopped using B.C. Cannabis Stores for this reason and as a first time customer of Haute Health It would be hard to buy from them again as there are to many other choices. I have been using marijuana over 40 years and cannot accept excuses people use that are new to marijuana use which was the case with B.C Cannabis Stores and I have reviewed them on leafly.

I also bought an elements vape pen for the friend that recommended I shop at Haute Health. The Maui Wowie Vape pen,it was excellent and my rating for the pen is four stars but a generous one for banana trail mix as it is Beyond Smalls.

They forget items 50% of the time and the other 50% there are errors in your order. They lowball you on grams and their customer service is utter crap (Jacob). This site used to be good a few years ago but they have become the worst.

Always a great experience with Haute Health. Great quality products for good prices.

Great deals, been ordering for a few years now and have yet to have an issue. Good variety and value.
