I have dealt with this company for 5 years. On Saturday, May 23, 2026, I placed an order, which was processed that same day. On Sunday, May 24, 2026, I looked at the receipt, and it showed that I purchased Twisted Terps that was supposed to be on sale for $92, but instead I was charged the regular price of $200!! I have emailed Haulte Health 3 times, with not a single response. I want the $118 plus taxes paid back to me, but Hault Health obviously wants to lose a regular customer, than to admit they're wrong! Say goodbye to $3000 worth of business just from me alone. I also have a picture of the sale price, along with dated emails to prove I have been ripped off by Hault Health.

This company is not worth dealing with.
They have no customer service in place,if your package is lost and you don't use the signature option,keep your payment and don't follow through with Canada Post.All in their favor. I won't deal with them again.

I buy their 15 mg THC sativa caplets. I use them daily. I can't find a better product at a better price.

Not smokable! Edibles are no good! Hash like dog crap off the back of a shoe! Bud made me sick! Moldy! It was all garbage! Promise $50 gift bag on first order!!? No.. sorry I got more dirty pre rolls that made me ill! The only thing worse then there garbage product is there garbage customer service! It’s non existent! Go anywhere else!! $160.00 plus loss!!!!

had an issue with an order 3 months ago where I got nothing but garbage from them and I did a review for that. For some reason, they reached out 3 months after they didn't help the first time and just stopped responding to me.
Seems like they just wanted to remind me how awful these people are as all they did was ask me for pictures of product that's long gone and I had already provided the first time they didn't help me. They just wanted to bring up old stuff, create stress and anxiety where there wasn't any anymore, and then not help and just stop responding again.

I found this site to have the best prices and good quality products and the delivery is quick. Recommend this site to anyone.

So I ordered about 2 weeks ago 2 ounces of their on-sale flower and an ounce of keef. The zip went for 60$ and the allegedly "4aaaa keef" went for about 53$ for the ounce (which I don't know how this could be possible). I was skeptical but I ordered anyway as how bad could this be? The reviews are nice and plentiful.

Order arrives in 4 business days with no issue. When I opened it I found 2 ounces of absolutely dead flower and mid keef. Simply unsmokable, I tried rolling with it and it was so bad that for the first time in my life I killed and threw away a half way smoked joint. The keef is bareable but doesn't get me high for crap. I was supposed to get 1g of jaguar as a freebie, as well as 6 free pre rolls and a gram of keef.

I only received the gram of keef, 2 prerolls and 2 completely useless 20mg edibles. For reference, to hit my threshold dose with these, I'd need to eat at least 25 of them... I also got a gram of their "premium flower" which was decent but let's be real, I smoked it all in one bowl and that was that.

Overall incredibly disappointed as I got finessed into buy some weed barely good enough to make edibles with when I could have found 5x better for the same price.

I'd never felt the need to leave a review like this but beware, their stock is absolutely terrible and I got some carpet-hunting grade pack I don't even wanna smoke.

me im orderinv from these places amd no down sides compared to haute health and if theres a problem with any of them they fix the issues because they know good business ethics beings in more ppl even if sometimes you take a small losse youll make it back woth great business ethics that haute health doesnt have facts
and because of ppp like them we go to gvt stores to be sire we sont get fk that why ao many ppl with internet business are being shut down now threw out canada and these jellyfish are working to get shut down when you do ppl in for their meds and you have no morals no principals with all that money you making bunch of dirty kauntZ

My order arrived and all my weed was brown and moldy. I contacted them and they started arguing with me! I work in the cannabis industry and I would be ashamed to sell this crap! Never buying from them again!!
