The Hawco salesman found me a car and arranged its transport up to Inverness for me. He kept me up to date throughout the whole process and gave me a good deal on my trade in.

Car required minor work which only should have taken 1-2 hours was charged 3 and half hours labour. Labour costs was excessive for minor repair will unfortunately not be returning for service of car.

Communication was excellent throughout the purchase. From Erin in sales to Callum in the handover, they made sure I had all the information I needed, and didn’t rush it through to get me out the door.

We were thinking of downsizing and weren’t sure what we wanted, we have had Audi’s for some years so they were our 1st choice and once again we weren’t disappointed. Conor was great and listened to our needs and after a couple of test drives in different models we purchased our Q3!

Van was due in Novemeber 2025, it arrived end Jan 2026, on colection of van it had only 14% ADBlue volume so this has to be topped up, also after driving it home the rear lining fell off inside the boot area, I have managed to put it back on but suspect it will need doing correctly at next visit to garage which is just an inconvenience to me. Van also handed over with minimal fuel, after spending £58k on a van, the least that can be done is fill it with fuel, even if its added to the cost thats ok, picking up a new van then having to go straight to filling station is just bad customer service. The VW app still not working, so that also needs resolved.

From my first contact with Hawco (Erin Wood), I was impressed by the way my enquiry was handled and ultimately to the purchase of my SQ2.

I was looked after by Erin at Highland Audi. She was so patient and knowledgeable and really put me at ease. Erin took lots of time going through a number of options and followed up afterwards to see how I was getting on. I will absolutely go back to Erin in the future.

Great customer service yesterday when I was struggling to charge my car. From the very helpful receptionist to the salesman that went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue.
I can’t thank you all enough. It’s very refreshing to see such service and kindness. I will be back for my MOT etc in the future.

Very poor experience at Highland Audi. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and this would have been my 4th new Audi, but after agreeing a deal, I was told the car wasn’t now available and they would need to order the car. The price would change when reordered, so no firm figures offered— all while being considerably more expensive than other dealers. The sales manager was rude and confrontational, in front of another sales person, which made it worse. Other Audi dealerships I spoke to were far more professional and treated me like a valued customer. I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Hawco Peterhead,I got a brand new car it had not even done 4000 miles and it started making a funny noise when it heated up.they checked the car twice and said it was just the noise of the car there was nothing wrong!

I decided to get a second opinion from another vw dealer they took the car in and within hours they had told me the timing belt was frayed and could have snapped at any time.

I informed them of this and the e-mail I got back from them was glad you got it sorted! No apology nothing.

If you are thinking of buying a car from hawco Peterhead I would strongly advise you not to.
