The service of those in the store and the quality of all the line of clothing.
Very quickly served not ignored.

Bought 4 shirts online for very reasonable price in post Xmas sales and chose click and collect. One of the shirts ordered wasn't in stock and I was offered a refund or any shirt in exchange. I chose a full price shirt at no extra cost. On pick up from local store the staff were very helpful and attentive. Good experience all round - keep it up!

Great service and suit was top quality! Went to the Fenchurch branch to look for a suit and was assisted by a branch assistant name Val.. He was very helpful and provided in selecting the size and fit. Some alterations were recommended to get a perfect fit. Came back a week later for second fitting and the suit fitted like a glove. Great customer service and will definitely be buying my suits there in the future :)

I had a great customer service experience from the team in Fenchurch Street store.

Every time I order something to collect, it'll be a surprise where I have to pick it up from. I go to one store and they tell me it's the other. Even if in the email it says exactly where it should be. And having opening hours overlap with normal working hours isn't helping. Luckily The two stores, Cannon Street and Fenchurch are fairly close.

Furthermore, it feels like I am intruding every time I am collecting something. Note: I am a woman.

I did a Click and Collect order to the Fenchurch store - I found all three members of staff to be extremely rude and unhelpful. They clearly did not want me to try on the shirts in store and were very dismissive when i asked questions about the fit and style. They seemed reluctant for me toreturn the shirts though the store when i realised that they were not suitable for me. I will definitely not be shopping with them again.

I bought a suit on-line and the experience was very positive, with the suit arriving a few days ahead of schedule. However, I first visited the shop in Fenchurch Street to look at the suit and try on for size. The help I received at the branch was excellent - it was more convenient for me to order on-line and have it delivered to myh home.

Great service and great quality linen shirts.

Ultimately pleased with my suit, however, slightly frustrated that the store initially didn't agree to match online price reduction. Then when I brought the cheaper item in from online to have tailoring done they said they would have done which would have been infinitely more straightforward as I'd started by going to the store. Tailors were most helpful in the end.
