I purchased an emerald green silk tie for my husband, for a forthcoming wedding. I found a perfect tie on H&C website. The website was easy to use and found the perfect tie. I ordered because I wanted the shirt…
I ordered because I wanted the shirt for a particular event on a certain date.
I endeavoured to communicate twice before ordering to see if sending via express post immediately would be possible.
I received no response either time.
I ended up ordering with no option offered for quick delivery.
Then I receive an email about how it’s in process and once it’s posted I’ll receive it within so many days.
The entire point was lost.
It’s highly unlikely to arrive before I need it. It would be a miracle. I’m very disappointed in the carelessness of the response.
