Cancelled some items ordered saying they were unavailable weeks after the order was placed. 2 months post order still waiting for delivery of items that were now canceled from the order!

The website was easy to use, the delivery was speedy and fairly priced considering the items came from the UK to Australia.
The items were well packed. The items fit perfectly and are exactly as advertised on their site. This is the first time I have shopped with Hawes and Curtis and I’m loving it. I have already made my second order and it’s already on its way. Although I have only just received the shoes, belt and shirt, the quality seems very good for the price. I’m very impressed so far with everything! I really love the dark brown suede on the brown loafers! The stitching is neat and tight and the leather sole seems a good combination of flexible but hard wearing. The Blake stitching is neat and sturdy and to ensure longer lasting soles because I do a lot of walking in my shoes I will have my cobbler put some thin Vibram rubber no slip protectors on half of the sole.

The biggest issue was the sizing. I went with your sizing and was way to small...cost me $70 to send it back...not very impressed.
I went exactly by your sizing guide and had my wife check the measurements. When it came it was at least 2 sizes to small

I have struggled to find nice work-clothes for 6months. I absolutely love Hawes & Curtis' stuff!
They did take a few weeks to arrive, but it was from overseas :)

The order process was seamless and helpful when selecting size. I received the 2 shirts I ordered within 2 weeks to a regional town in Australia. The twill semi fitted shirt is just so beautifully made and fits well. The other shirt with pretty buttons and loops also fitted well, although the longer cuffs are very snug on my arms and I have turned the cuff up. The fabric is a lighter cotton than I expected, but still a very pretty shirt with a skirt or pants. I have recommended this site to a friend. Many thanks. Diane

Glad to some incredible savings on the website. As an Australian Buyer, it can be hard to find European products at an affordable price due to currency exchanges etc. Thankfully I was able to find some reasonably priced deals on shirts that seem extremely high quality from what I could tell on the website.

I also appreciated the fact that H&C use close-ups of their shirts to show in high detail what the shirt actually looks like giving me confidence in buying. In my experience ordering online can be touch and go as image quality is not always a top priority. Extremely well put together store guys and I'm excited to receive the product and will be shopping here again.

Ordered on a Monday but not sent until 6 days later!!!! It should have been posted the next day! So, slow service! Also I thought I was buying from an Australian website as the website had au after it, but it was from the UK. If I had known I would not have bought because it takes too long to get to Australia!
