Bought a metal frame from them which rusted so badly it was useless after only 3 seasons, obviously very poorly finished. I contacted them weeks ago to see if I could get replacement parts but I am still awaiting a response. Definitely won't be doing business with them again and wish I hadn't in the first place.
I have some of the Haxnicks easy tunnels. They are brilliant. I can plant my vegetables earlier and get a better crop. It keeps the frost off!!
We received a Pole frame from haxnicks as a present. The quality of the unit is very poor with regards to the alignment of the holes on crossmembers and the screws are way to small for the diameter of the holes. It is so poor that the best place is to put it in the bin and revert to bamboo poles and string.
I contacted their customer services to ask a simple question whether they sold a separate net for a frame and no one replied.
I had a growframe partly destroyed by a recent storm. Not so much as the great storm of ‘87 but a storm nonetheless.
Anyway, as the cover was ok I ordered a replacement frame from Haxnicks which arrived within two days. Put it together and everything was great.
Then, you’ll never guess, another storm!
Well it blew inside out but everything was fine apart from a few of the plastic connectors which were broken.
I emailed the company and in no time at all they had sent replacements Fred of charge.
Fabulous service and I would not hesitate to both use them again and to give them a five star recommendation. I’d give six if I could!
