Good buying and selling experience

Fantastic service 👏

It was great my wife and i had the opportunity to try a number of different models and styles. Unsual to have the opportunity to try so many cars.
Went into the show room with the intent of buying a specific model and style after reading a number of the car magazines. Actually bought a completely different model and style which suited our needs.
Delivery was as promised even though we had added a few optional extras.

Reserved a car last Sunday, went to view it Monday afternoon to be told they had sold it that morning to someone else. When I turned up the car salesman had gone home an hour before they closed and then didn't bother to get in touch after leaving my details. I had to chase liam up and when I got in touch he made a bunch of excuses blaming autotrader and said he would be in touch thursday by dinner time and worst case scenario I would have my deposit returned. Well it is now Sunday and despite me chasing him up I have been unable to get in touch with him and he has not been In touch with me and they still have my deposit that they are not returning. Hayseldens were once a trusted dealer who i had previous great experiences when mick was in charge. Since then it seems that it has gone completely down hill and is being run by people who don't care about the reputation or customers

I went and brought a beautiful Volkswagen Golf r from here, had everything I needed, am very pleased with the car. I had Matthew bell as my sales advisor and he was amazing, I was travelling from 2 hours away and he did everything to make sure the car was perfect for me when I came. He went above and beyond for me, I couldn’t be more pleased with my service. He was such a lovely guy, he made me feel very welcome and comfortable and nothing was too much of a hassle to him. Very pleased with my service and my car!

Good communication and overall all process smooth. Matthew and Lee took time to speak/email when needed. At times I felt a bit rushed into making decisons but I guess that's how things work.

No pressure at Hayseldens, just honest information and product descriptions. I took out a personal credit plan, this time, as the plan made it more economical than an outright purchase. Furthermore, we LOVE the new electric car, and are grateful for the advice received.

The process was quick and easy with no hassle or any problems. The sales executive Jane provides excellent service and makes you feel welcome from the minuet you step through the door. The car was delivered within estimated arrival time which I was very pleased with. Overall good experience and would return for a new car.

Service from Simon was excellent. He was very patient and answered all our queries. Unfortunately the tow bar could not be fully connected and despite waiting over a week the coding issue has not been resolved. Also my cherished number plate could not be added to the dvla data base for some reason so the year registration had to be put on instead. When the tow bar is working and my registration number has been put on all will be good.
