Ordered the car the following day.

Hayselden staff far exceeded my previous experience of sales staff. In person, by email and by telephone, all were pleasant, informative, helpful and knew their products well. Any obscure questions were quickly researched and answered, giving us a feeling of confidence.

Great service, with good product knowledge. Communication was also good especially the follow-up call the day after I had bought my car to ensure I was happy with it or had any queries.

I just recently purchased a brand new VW ID3 from Hayselden in Doncaster. They gave me a great deal on this car which was around £2k cheaper than other VW dealers in my area. James was great, he kept me updated throughout the whole process and explained everything clearly to me, so I understood all my options. There was no hard sale or pressure to purchase the car. There was a couple of minor issues with the vehicle but James and the team made sure these were sorted, which made me feel valued as a long term customer. I look forward to purchasing my next VW from Hayselden in the future.

Easy to deal with, great communications, happy customer

Just like my previous new car purchases from Hayselden the whole process was absolutely excellent. Everything was perfect from the point of order to collection of the new car. The staff are extremely friendly and make the whole car buying process enjoyable unlike rival dealerships. They are extremely competitive on price and the deal was done within a matter of minutes due to their efficient processes. Without hesitation I would purchase again from Hayselden.

I visited Hayseldens as they offered a better price on the car that I was interested in than those dealers more local to me. I was looked after extremely well by Brendan, the salesman who took me through the details of the car I was interested in and explained all aspects including the finance options, etc.

Lost my car key, replacement approved by insurance.
Cannot order and pay for it over the telephone as I need to show log book and a form of id despite buying the car from them. Prepared to pay for key and show id before programming on collection. Not prepared to drive 40 miles and waste 2 or 3 hours time, parts manager quite happy for me to take my business elsewhere. Will never use them again, promise.

Have bought and recommended this firm for car purchases. No pressure sales, nice staff and feeling of being appreciated.
I’ve recently had numerous issues with my 18 month old Kamiq. They all surrounded the entertainment system. As some were intermittent diagnosis was not easy. This required quite a few visits to the workshop.

The staff were patient, apologetic and gave me a loan car when required. In short they were great!

Earlier this week the car went to again for two days but this time I think it was given a full brain transplant. Anyway it’s now fixed and operates like it was meant to.

I would be grateful if my thanks could be passed to Jane and Jack who are a credit to the firm. Also the technician who’s name I sadly don’t have.
