Please do not book with them they do not tell you all the prices especially when you have a room only and then change it to bed and breakfast and then they raise the price so high so that they will include the discounts I could have got the same holiday for five hundred pound cheaper direct with Jet2 my worst mistake was not shopping around first which will not happen next time enjoy the extra money Hays I hope you are soo proud

Joe at Hayes Travel in Warrington was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble .
I would like to think he will have go gar in this industry .

My friend booked a holiday for 8people or I'd of done it direct,they want your money,when u try to explain your one of 4people whare in the group,4people need assistance, and u try to ask for help,your one off the named person, and they can't be bothered and put the phone down!how disappointing!never they want your money but can't be bothered to do anything more!shameful and put the phone down how rude

haystravel have now blocked my phone number because they don't want to talk about how they let me down when l had a bad motorbike accident they know they are selling insurance policys that are not worth the paper it's written on Ricky the manger at Gordon Street haystravel shop glasgow socking the way you treat your customers

Disgusted by Hays Travel, not paying back a deposit
when they do not listen to the client and sell a holiday wrongly. I certainly are now wary of this company and will be booking direct rather than use this agent
