I was very excited to try this brand seeing that Im a faithful purchaser to Silhouettes. Needless to say i purchased the 8 count from Meijers. The fit was perfect!! But sadly I was very dissatisfied every last pair tore at the seam on the sides!!😡. I mean EVERY PAIR with in 3 hours of wearing them it starts as small rip at the top and it just goes down the seam from there!! What the hell!! Im Not a happy customer! At first I thought the first one was a fluke then the second then the third no its just they're poorly made.

I ordered x2 fleece leggings Oct 2020, still haven't received anything 5 months later and they've stopped answering my emails🤬🤬🤬

No review, no stars, it’s a scam. £23 down the drain. Facebook should refund the money, it’s advertised on their pages....and is supposed to be safe. October .... it’s impossible to track them down, even through the bank. I will never buy anything on Facebook again. I’m disgusted.

Never received and they don't contact

Do not order from this company! After an email from their CEO thanking me for my order, to cut a long story short they stopped answering my emails and over 3 months on I haven't received my order. Rip off.

I placed an order in October for some leggings. I chased the order on Nov 26th and got this reply:

"Thank you for your email. I sincerely apologize for the trouble. I know this has been a very frustrating and trying time for you as a customer, and for that I apologize. Please know that our team has been working through the night to resolve these incidents.

This has been a tough Covid-19 time knowing that we've let you down, and we want to make amends. We failed to provide you with the service you deserve.

We have been aware of the possibility of this kind of delay. We have in fact been working on hardening our system to this kind of risk for months. That’s why we know it was preventable. In the end, we have to execute quickly enough to prevent these issues from affecting our deliveries.

You can rest assured, we are taking this seriously. You will get your package the soonest time possible.

If you feel this isn't sufficient, please let me know and we can discuss further.

I have chased twice since and heard nothing. a SCAM! Everyone beware

No stars really. -10 stars if I could. Sad to say guess this is a scam having placed my order on Oct. 3. 2020. Did complain and received an email saying order was on its way.......still nothing! Seems hyperlinks to website no longer working!!! Yes sadly I found this through Facebook too!!!

I never got my order witch I'v already paid, I wrote several letters and I got one answer were they said that thay are really sorry and they will do their best to post my order as soon as possible Well its several months now and nothing!!! think if that is their best, what is it if it doesn't work at all!!! Sooo disappointed!!!!

Wish I’d checked this out sooner. Have paid £40 4 months ago for 2 pairs of leggings. Nothing has been received and 3 emails later I still have had no response. Thank you below for advice about claiming bank from the bank, I will look into that.

👎 Hazelworld / Hazel deal / Hazel Daily are all FAKE scamming rip off selling pages.
I also ordered 2 months ago & have received nothing! I have chased with emails & messages and reported to Facebook. Looks like they’ve been getting away with this for over a year so how can they still be trading? Report to your bank & you might be able to get your money back?
SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS - Need to vet companies before allowing to sell via their platforms!!

Same as everyone else on here! Placed an order for 2 pairs of jeans at the start of October and have not received them! Complete scam! Trying to get my money back through PayPal now.

This is my first time to be scammed! What a bad taste it leaves in my mouth, rotton people!

Poorer than poor. Ordered in October. Nothing has arrived. Stopped receiving replies to my emails come December and now I can’t even find their website? Definitely a scam.

DO NOT USE OR PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Wish I’d come here first... trying to support small businesses at such trying times has sadly left me out of pocket! Ordered early October and still sending chasing emails! Should not be allowed to advertise, complete SCAM!!!!

Ordered on 2 October. Still not received by 6 December. Emails chasing delivery date had undeliverable. Shouldn’t be allowed to trade.

Like most people reviewing this shower of s*** I wish I had read up on them before ordering anything.

Don't buy from Hazelworld!
I ordered and I paid for a water pressure extension. They ave never sent it to me and stopped to reply to my emails. It is the worst company I have ever shopped with.
