I liked the speed of both appointments.
I did not like the fact the at my first video call was set up incorrectly and I had it only by phone. It was rushed.
I did not like that the second call, which was on video, did not result in a quick referral to a face to face physiotherapist. Days later received an email saying we are trying to contact you - well, how?
Even more days later I got a call with details of a physiotherapist. By then I had been seen by a specialist (which I had to pay for, because your referral was still to happen potentially, but the face to face physiotherapist).
All in all not very satisfactory.

My referral never reached the hospital for MRI scan. I had to phone them and email it to them in order to book in.

The first online consultation went well (I just submitted a photo of the issue I was concerned about, and filled some questionaries), they responded quickly. But when I was referred for an urgent face-to-face consultation and invited to make an appointment with them, the only appointments available were more than four weeks later and all of them at a random hospital 12 miles from home. I won't bother again.
